Yesterday's weight: 163.6
Today's weight: 162.6
# below VLCD #1: -13.2 lbs
# gain/loss from yesterday: -1 lbs

I cannot believe my stats are so close to my round one. I fully expected the losses in round 2 to slow way down. At this point in round 1, I had lost 14 lbs and my average per day loss was .8. In round 2, I have now lost 13.2, and my average per day loss is .8! That is so weird.

I'm going to be in the 150's next week.

I can't imagine stopping after 21 days. My appetite is completely gone now most of the time, well I mean the meals satisfiy me. I do get hungry around meal/snack times. But I'm not thinking about food all the time. Also this is the time, (over 10 lbs) that the losses really start to get noticable. In round 1, I lost another 10 lbs from day 21-40. So that means, I could possibly be 150 at the end of this round. Just makes me dizzy thinking about it. Can't remember the last time I was 150.

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: coffee with stevia
Lunch: sautéed spinach and tilipia, melba
Snack: apple
Dinner: Mexican tilipia with diced tomatoes, sesame grissini
Dessert: sliced strawberries with Walden Farms chocolate dip

When I start on the 19th it will be after two weeks of P3. I am "cycling" this round short and not doing a loading day (other than plenty of fats the day before). Technically my next cycle is really just a continuation of round 2...but I am calling it round 3.

First round I did 35 vlcds (way too long for me!) and then almost 4 weeks of P3.

My plans right now are to start vlcds Oct 19th and go thru Nov 8th, then to go another 2 week P3, and go for a short P2 before Christmas. For the holidays I'll take the full P3 and maybe more before restarting after kids are back in school.

Time to go make birthday cake...

BTW, make the pumpkin bake last night...DELISH! Definitely something to serve up come Thanksgiving!

Here's a question: Do you think that weight can, actually, make you lose inches...in your height?

(I'm in my mid 40's at 5'4"....In my 20's I was close to 5'7") Could it be that my weight has pulled me down, in more than one sense?

Can I call a "do-over" ???
I've been so sick with upper respitory/flu, I've been eating anything that sounds good or I could taste (lots of chinese/ salty,savory) and drinking diet sodas again I could taste them. I'm back up to 202.8 (ate fried catfish and french frys last night!! I brought an apple, celery, and 4 HB eggs with me today should I call yesterday and today loading days and re-start tomarrow? I had planned on eating "diet cabbage soup" for supper or some micro popcorn.

Oh...I see!!! I don't know how long, or when my exact start date is yet. I'm hoping to find out what groceries to get, and maybe, have alot of prep cooking done before my drops even come in mail. I have to look for Walden Farms products, get Stevia drops, learn what kind of tea to get, and figure out just how much (quantity) veggies one can have in a days time...with remaining in the recommended calorie intake? I want this to be a successful time, and I am worried about what to get.

Also, I have curbed my diet pepsi intake....but that will be my REALLY big obstacle with this. I am addicted to it, but I've already cut my consumption in half. Now, I just have to cut it out completely.

Well ladies my last three days have been a disaster. I am up 3.2 because yesterday I went way off protocol and I mean way off. I ate a bagel, perogies, sour cream and a poppy seed load slice. Now that I feel like an idiot I will go back to P2 and my insanity is over. So my losses went from 14.2 for this round to 11.2 and I am now on day 14. Doh. Hopefully I can lose another 10 pounds this round. I am going to have to extend it the extra three days now to make up for lost time.

Pick yourself up and dust yourself off. You can get back on track. Extending is probably not a bad idea.

My cold (flu? -- can it be flu if you don't run a fever?) and TOM have really taken me off course (interruption). I have stuck to low carbs, but that is just the best I can do for now. I stopped injections when TOM showed up and plan to resume Sunday and get at least another week out of this round. I may do a short P3 and then cycle to hHcg drops.

At least my throat feels better today, but I have just about lost my voice. Hopefully that means I am on the tail end of this thing.

Join the club!! I am in do-over mode too!! I would love the company!!! My whole last round was a bust so I just restarted my re-do round on Tues. I am doing well with no cheats so far and am down 4+ pounds in 4 days!! Well, 3 days of VLCD, but 4 weigh in days. You will be glad you re-started too!

Ha ha Soonie that is funny. I actually did not go way off track for dinner tonight. I was at the grocery store and my legs led me to the roasted chicken, romaine lettuce and an avocado. So I had three lettuce wraps and a half of avocado. Not exactly protocol but not that far off either. Plus I walked home from the grocery store instead of taking the bus. It was a 30 minute walk. It cleared my head walking in the sunshine.

Sadly, I'll probably be in "do-over" mode next week, too. We have friends visiting from out-of-town, and while I am really looking forward to spending time with them, I am not looking forward to all the temptations. I hope I don't totally blow it.

In the past two days, I have only lost .2, so down to 157.7. UGH! I need to get my head in the game!
