Do I start over on PHase 2?
I am very confused about what to do in Phase 2. I have made it to through the 23 days of Phase 2 but have now stopped losing weight the past three days and stalled. I was going to go for the 43 days because my wedding is just 3 weeks away and I have 9lbs to go but I have not lost any weight in 4 days. My TOM is three days away so should I load again and start Phase 2 over to lose the last pounds? What are my options at this point because I have tried the apple day and lost a pound but then stalled again.

Maybe you should move into phase 3 for a few days and then cycle back to phase2. There is no reason to do load days unless you have been in p3 for more than 14 days.

If you can stand to go another week or 2, I'd try to tough it out for your wedding. A lot of people don't lose leading into TOM but hopefully you'll see some big losses after it comes.
ETA, Then again, you could do your 3 weeks of P3 and be in P4 for your wedding day. (Where you can add carbs back in with no guilt) Last edited by Maureen in Italy; 10-10-2010 at 09:10 AM.. |

Thank you for all your help. The only problem I have with going to Phase 3 is that it just maintains the weight that I have lost and is not for losing weight. I just did not know if there was anything else besides the apple day that could jump start the weight loss again.
