Keep it up!!! I'm sure that everyone is different. So, we all have to find what works best with our own bodies. Maybe, the others can tell you what they think (drop wise) would be better, but I would guess that you might get hungry if you only take your drops 2X's/day. The only way to know is to try it.

I've been lurking around here for a couple of weeks, and have even messaged a couple of you. (Thanks for responding...BTW) I've read: "Pounds and Inches" more than once...even highlighted the important stuff.

I started Induction Level low carb exactly 4 weeks ago today, and have lost 16 pounds. I have, probably, another 94 pounds to go. I was wondering what all of your thoughts are on an idea that I have.

I was thinking of trying to remain low carb until: A) It starts to not work, or B) Until I get closer to goal...and then...do hcg? After reading "Pounds and Inches" I am in awe about the fact that hcg sculpts your body, uses "unwanted" fat, and resets your hypothalmus. These things, by themselves, have me convinced that even people that do not have alot of weight to lose, would benefit from a round of hcg...as to not get a weight problem as easy again in the future, and re-arranging fat deposits, etc...

Please chime in on your thoughts about my idea.
I think that is a wonderful idea. WHen I was heavier - low carb worked fantastic. Then it slowed down and I had to tweak calories. However, if I had known about hhcg I would have done it! Just look ahead at your schedule and see if all is clear to do a righteous P2.

Way to go Dustin!

Good evening!

My total loss is 16.4 pounds. I am fitting into my size 48 pants much better! I went down from a snug size 50 pants. I am hoping I will be able to fit in my 46 pants by the end of this month if this weight loss keeps up.

I have been strict on this plan with slight exercise. I no longer get out of breath easily. My back still get sore after having my walk, but it is much better than it was.

Hang in there.... this plan is worth it! I don't feel hunger at all. Yesterday, I was busy at work and then I realized that it is 1:30 and I haven't eaten my lunch yet!

Good going!!!!

While waiting for my drops to arrive, I love hearing about other people's progress. I hope that I have as good results as you, and everyone else that is posting. Have you had any symptoms, other than weight loss?

Good morning Everyone!

jabbok, I looked at my spreadsheet so I can give you the correct answer.... Yesterday was my 9th day when I started this plan. Today, I only lost 1 pound. It looks like my weight loss is starting to stabilize and then I can expect to start losing a pound or two a day. Usually, I lose the most weight during the first 2 weeks of LC diet.

Lost and Found, I only experienced headaces and hunger for 2 days after I started the low carb stage. I felt a little weak and crabby, but that went away pretty quick. At first, I took 10 minute walks. I built myself up to 30 minute walks and I feel that I can go a bit further before I start getting out of breath. I have at least 100 pounds to lose. My Dr. said he will be happy if I can lose at least 75. So that is my goal for now, to lose 75 pounds.

Thank you
Dustin

Dustin your losses are fantastic but please remember Dr S only said a pound a day AVERAGE for men and a half a pound a day AVERAGE for women this means that there will be days of no loss or even a gain i just don't want you to be disappointed when it happens KUTGW!

But that is the fun part. Eat everything you will miss in the next 6-8 weeks. My daughter enjoyed Sushie, birthday cake, icecream, pizza, barbeque, potato salad. She only gained 3 lbs on the first loading day and none on the second.
