Thank you!

Now, I have a new problem.... I just arrive to work a few minutes ago with my P2 lunch and I just realized that I forgot to bring my drops with me. I can waste some gas and drive home just to take the drops and then drive back to work.

Will it be possible for me to take 15 drops in the AM and 15 drops in the PM... I will still be taking 30 drops according to the dosage instructions on the bottle. That way, I won't have to carrying the bottle back and forth. What does everyone think?

Try it and see if you dont experience hunger then go for it I have heard of people doing that and it working for them. Let us know how it goes.

I have one more question... when I start losing weight, what areas are usually visible first? Does the chin goes first and the stomach/butt goes last? I'm trying to remember the sequence, but it's been a year since I lost a lot of weight. My problem areas is my stomach and butt.

Hi temped_by_food.... thanks for the feedback on my plan for skipping noon drops and adding extra drops in the AM and PM. I will start this tomorrow. Just for today, I plan to drive home at 11:45 so I can take my drops at noon. By the time I get back to work, I will be able to eat my lunch.

I'm drinking tea for breakfast..... ugggghhhh! I usually drink Mountain Dew or Vault.

That is the great thing about HCG the fantastic inch loss, make sure you take your measurements so you can also see the inch loss. Everyone is different regarding where it comes off first, but this really shrinks the stubborn fat areas where most plans dont touch. Talking from my experience with weight loss I got my collar bones 1st then the hip bones now am hopeing I see cheek bones eventually lol with HCG I lost in the waist, chest, calves, forearms and the belly pouch.

Koo, so glad M is doing so well in P3! Just make sure she doesn't drop below her window. It is so tempting.

Dustin, great job on the losses! I think you may be able to squeak by and just take your drops when you get home. See how the hunger goes.

One more question... will the inches still continue to drop even if my weight does not? I will measure my belly and few other areas when I get home tonight, I guess I can add this to my spreadsheet which is tracking my weight.

If you're in this for the long haul and I think you are buy another bottle of drops and keep them in your desk...Didn't loose this morning nor did I gain, I'm cool with that..What I noticed was my bloat was gone from my stomach..I keep rubbing it like a majic lamp because I can't believe it!!!

YES! That's one of the biggies about hcg....Somedays you may not see a big number loss on the scale, but rest assured you're still losing inches!

If you don't mind my answering this.... I believe she meant don't lose or gain weight while in P3.... P3 is to stabilize your weight by eating more foods, but staying away from starches and sugars.

Thank you Dustin, that is correct! Jabbok, in P3 you are suppose to stay 2 lbs. within your LDW in either direction, this is to try to setpoint (stabalize) your weight. If she goes below the 2 lbs, she has to increase calories in order to keep at that weight.

Ok I remember reading that, just trying to get all of the information and remember it.

I haven't started yet I have surgery on the 15th so I will start on the 16th, I figured it would be easier to load on the weekend when everyone is around.

Hi Jabbok,

I researched this for almost a month.... The hardest part is screening out good websites and bad websites to find sources of HCG. Then I spent about a week reading Pounds and Inches book and several HCG forums.

Yes, I did get slight hunger pangs and slight headache yesterday. Sometimes I wonder I am really hungry or just wanted to eat something.... "fake hunger."

Thanks Cheryl, she was the same weight this morning so hopefully this will be her stablizing weight for this round.

Right, P3 is for stabilizing.... So you aren't supposed to more than 2 pounds above or below your last dose weight.

Boy, I took my drops at noon (drove home for this!) and my hunger level dropped a bit. I had my lunch and I'm feeling satisfied. Now, I'm experiencing a headache. I'm going to take some ibuprofen and just hope this will go away soon!

The 1st two days count as loading days and today is your 2nd day of low calorie so today VLCD2 for you. Glad the headache has shifted

Hi tempted_by_food, Yes you are correct.... I have been counting as number of days. I should start shifting my thinking to using the same terminology as everyone. So today is VLCD2 for me.
