3 day injections - 1st day of VLCD - (this is my 3rd go round...) was totally focused 1 1/2 years ago and it worked marvelous! But I totally went back to my old ways, etc...
When will I learn? Hopefully this time...

I remember my successful round - the first couple of days I really missed eating... going off to drink some water....

beginning weight (after 2 load days) 228.6

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Best -

Kim

Hello I'm joining you! I am on day 18 and im 17 pounds down so far. I have a quick question though how long do I need to stay on p3 before starting a new round? I have a dinner party around Halloween and I'm big at planning. I want to make sure I get this down.

Alright all you HCGers out there, I have a question.

As you got into the diet and started losing weight, did you begin to notice that you were getting colder easier?

I DEFINITELY notice the extra chill factor when I'm in P2 (I'm freezing right now even!) but was puzzled to find that, even when I did my P3 interruption, I was having difficulties keeping warm. Things that I *know* wouldn't have bothered me before are leaving me shivering now.

Shedding some of the weight ("insulation", "blubber", whatever you want to call it) likely has something to do with it but I've always considered myself to run warm. I'm not so warm anymore!! I was cuddling with the Dude yesterday in the movie theatre, not because I wanted to be all lovey-dovey, but because it was a little freezer in there!!

Am I alone in this?

I'm going to mention that I'm on biotin now, and it's helped with the hair loss and I am wondering if it's helped with the chill factor. I am not cold all the time like my first round.

I'm a newbie, so don't take my advice for the gospel, but from what I understand, you can do a short interruption and go right back to P2. I think this is right: anything under a 14 day P3, you do not have to load again. This only applies to hhcg, though. Are you doing hhcg or Rx?

Thank you! I am on Rx I was thinking I could stop the hcg on day 24 Oct 10. and with the 3 days at 500 cal. I would then start P3 on Oct 13 stay on it for 16 days. I then do 2 days of extra high fat (crab legs extra drawn butter loaded broccoli) and the start P2 all over.

Thank you! I saw the most results in the first 3 days. It has steadied off a little since then but I've had a few "sins" along the way. Nonetheless, VERY happy about my results so far.

Technically the "interuption" is only supposed to be 14 days or less, according to P&I. But I really don't see how an extra 2 days could hurt?

Sassy, I'm in P3 now and I'm still freezing!! I find that when sitting, I'm not just cold in my fingers/toes/nose, but also in my "fattier" areas like my thighs. So, maybe I just lost all my warm fat?? lol who knows?

You know, I get cold, too, but sometimes, I feel hot on the inside and cold to the touch. I'm freezing, but I sense warmness on the inside. Is that weird? I figure I am just burning calories.

Dropped a half pound. Phew! I had to stop the apples as it felt as if I was getting a sugar over load. KInda weird too since I have normal blood sugar. I just cannot even face the apples and they are very good. I picked up some grapefruit. lol - see how I do.

For those of you who only have 15 or less to lose, what do you think a 23 day vlc is going to do for you? I am thinking - hoping - it will be awesome to lose 13/15 total. I just don't know if this is realistic.

Good afternoon everyone.. sorry for the late check in for today... well I have finished a succussful 1st week on vlcd and I must say... I'm totally stoked about hhcg... I mean it really seems to be working for me... and I can't tell you how happy I am....

I've been back committeed on LowCarbing now since June 12, 2010 starting at a whooping 286.6-lbs. I was totally miserable and depressed about my weight.. I really didn't like myself at that size.. wearing a size women jeans-24 ans woman-22/dress paints/dresses... and a big 2x in tops.

Well today I'm down another 0.8-lbs. which bring my 1st week on vlcd to a total of 11.8-lbs. down from post-load and 6.2-lbs. released from pre-load weight.... and I'm so darn happy.

Today at new weight of 250.8-lbs. losing a total of 35.8-lbs. since June 12, 2010 (this year) is kind of overwhelming.. but this time... I'm enjoying my journey of weight loss along the way... and now with hhcg in my life... I'm losing weight and I have no hunger pains at all.... today I haven't been hungry per say... just aware of the fact that I need to eat to live... instead of the way it use to be... I use to live to eat.

Today I'm wearing a woman size 20-jeans... and a woman size 18-/dress pants/dress... and I'm totally happy.. but not satisfied...

Thanks for all your support and especially your knowledge of hcg... it has really given me that big push to continue my journey of being health.. and cute.

Yes, I was really cold my first cycle, my second one, not so much. Wonder what that means.

CHERYL - I know eery huh? I wonder if we will be the same tomorrow too!

PaulaBob- I'm really sorry to hear about your Kitty. That is so sad. How are the kids dealing with it? They've had him all their lives! Poor things.
