Good morning everyone!
Stacy - congrats on the 30lb club. Emi - How often are you doing the drops or are you on shots? I've read that doing fewer drops more times per day can help with hunger. I started doing seven 3x/day, but then I tried six 6x/day, but now I've found it hard to get all six doses in. Droy - I'm afraid of stopping P2, but I have weeks still before I have to. Do you think you are dropping now cuz you changed any part of your diet? Peggy - congrats on the P4 success. It's encouraging news!! PMartin - I was afraid of the scale going up today for me too. I finished TOM last week, but have two or three days of food in me still and I don't care for that. I was happy it dropped 1.1. My scale was the same for three days, but even though I was afraid it would go up today, I was pleased to see it go down 1.1. I'm down a total of 10.6 in just under 3wks. I didn't start HCG till I had lost 5 on plain LC and was not about to load. I've really seen a lot of inches leave my mid-section. I didn't take pics or measure before, but I have lots of photos and somewhere I have measurements from the past that should work. Anyone ever feel as if you are losing muscle? I fear that eating so little is risky even though the HCG is to tell your body to release bad stored fat. I had to walk up nearly three flights of stairs last weekend and I could really feel the drain on my leg muscles.

2B me - I just ended TOM so I assume that is why. Nothing else is different and when TOM came I stalled for 3 days so I think I am just playig catch up which is why I want to take advantage of these few days and not stop.

I think this is very likely. I think it was slowing my loss. I eat 1% fat and think it's probably too much fat.

How much have you lost with the shots and how much do they cost? I'm thinking as I get lower on the drops, I may switch to shots.

I DID IT!!!!!... I STUCK TO PROTOCOL AND FINALLY AFTER 3-DAYS I have loss again.... today I'm down another 1.8-lbs. breaking my stall since Tuesday.......
![]() This morning I weighed in 248.2, but I didn't want to believe it... so I just weighed again... 6-hours later.. and it's still 248.2... so it's reallllllll.... the scale moved downward....Thank goodness... now I can continue on... but be more prepared to deal with stall and fluctuations... So since 9/27/10 - 10/9/10 I have lost a total of 14.4-lbs. in a total of 12 full days. Hhcg is working.. and I am losing these pounds. ![]() Hoping everyone else is also losing. |

Oh I must have missed the part of your post where you said you were on injections. I assumed you were doing the drops. With the injections in the P & I book it says that you become immune to the shots and have to stop after a certain number of days or a certain number of pounds lost. I can't remember off the top of my head but maybe someone else can chime in if they remember. So, I would stop the injections and move on to P3 for a few weeks then jump back to losing.

I know now why they say no exercise in phase 2.I went out today working in my yard. Then when hubby got home we worked moving a fence for our horse.
I almost passed out I could feel it coming..He had to help me in the house .I think my sugar bottomed out.I ate a couple bites of a sweet apple and felt better.Very scary. |

Good morning ladies! Ugggh, I'm up way too early for a Sunday!
Yesterday was supposed to be my first VLCD day off the hhcg, but after 3 wks of the same menu I was really ready to expand my variety. So I have to admit my menu was more P3/little P4 than P2. I'm up .2 this morning, which puts me exactly at 185. Now I'm going to work at stabilizing at 185, that will make me extremely happy if I can stabilize there until my next round. |

I just posted in my journal...if it's one thing I can do well...IT IS LOAD.
I gained 10.8 pounds in 2 loading days. Thank the lord that's over with!!!! I will start VLCD1 weighing 193.6. This is R3P2 for me....and I am hoping it is my final round. Today shall be chicken, cucumbers, apple, melba for lunch. And the thought of eating right now gags me. Hopefully, by lunch time it will be better. JAN |

Good morning ladies. Thin, I too am up too early for a Sunday. My bf got me up at 5:30!
Good luck to you Torister and Jan. You will do fabulous. I am down .8 this morning. I am doing well this round if I do say so. My daily losses have been 2.23. Last night I almost bought a package of sf chocolates. I had them in my hand and asked myself what will be better these chocolates or what the numbers say on the scale tomorrow. So needless to say I put them back. Boy am I glad.

Good morning everyone. I just love coming here and seeing how great everyone is doing.
I haven't checked in for a few days but happy to report that I have lost another 1.6 lbs. That brings me to 147, just two pounds away from my mini goal for this round. I will be on the drops through wed and then thurs and fri will be my two day vlc w/o the drops. I am so looking forward to starting p3 on Saturday because even though I'm not hungry, I am getting really bored with p2 foods. I am looking forward to having some salad dressing, and cheese. The hard part will be adding things back in slowly. |

Ok ladies - no loss today really so I am moving on to P3 after my 61 day P2 with 53 injections. I will let you know how stabilizing goes!
Went to Costco and PCC and got some P3 friendly items that I'm excited to try (slowly of course!) |

Good morning! Well, I went out with my coworkers after work yesterday to a farewell dinner for one of our veterinarians, and I indulged in two glasses of wine. For dinner, while everyone else had big ol' burgers and french fries, I ordered a small grilled chicken breast and sliced tomatoes. They cut it up and put it on a really small plate, and the tomatoes on a separate small plate, like I was a child.
