coming off P2 or switching to P3??

My daughter (15) is doing really well on the protocol she has lost 14lbs so far (she is just half way to her final target)... and we are at day 21, (I have lost 20)

She has to go on a residential activity trip with her school, three days, two nights away, I had been thinking of switching her to P3 on the first day of the trip, it is round one for us both. so she should stop HCG today.

but she is going to have very little control over what she eats. ie likely to have carbs and sugar, which of course she shouldn't have

so is it best to stay on the HCG, treat the few days as breakout days and then finish the 28 day round with me. (which would give her 2 days more hcg+72hours VLCD) or to switch to P3 , stop HCG and do the best she can on P3, given that she is likely to have some carbs and sugar

advice please?

What kind of HCG is she taking? If it's the homeopathic there are ways to get it quickly out of her system so she could try and just eat P3 type things without risk of gaining quickly.

Otherwise, I'm not sure what I'd do....

Did you read the thread about interruptions? That's what it would be and there's lots of info there.
