OMG I went off protocal HElP!
under crazy stress. Not able to get to board in while been on vlcd12 days and was not hungry and had to force myself to eat 2 days ago..late at night. Then last night there were fried chicken wings and I ate 1 with my salad and apple
what am i supposed to do now? tried to read through board but cant find info yet. Have not eating anything as of this moment ps I have lost 10lbs |

You will be fine. Other will give you more info about using your hcg, but for eating...just get back in the groove! The other choice...free eating...will not give you the results you want.![]() Have a terrific day! |

Thanks! I will eat my spinach and fish/orange. I feel sooooo shame! I need to really go through and get some recipes before I shop this weekend!

I hope your stressful stuff slows down so you can focus on yourself!
Oh, and if you can, let go of the shame...you didn't do anything shameful. Eating off plan is a pain, and it's annoying to have to backtrack on weight loss, cause that gets discouraging (and causes cravings for me) ...but, I personally, don't think it's shameful and I hate to see you beat yourself up.
