Menapause and long breaks
Hi, I've been on the sublinugal HCG diet for 2 1/2 weeks now, and like it more than I thought I would. I lost 7 pounds the first week, 3 the second, and 3 so far on this week. So that's 13 pounds in 19 days. Not great compared to some, but very good for me.
I'm in my 50's with a lousy metabolism. So I'm pretty excited about this. I was wondering if anyone else is doing this that has gone through menopause? Also, my 45 days will be up around the third week of October, and I was thinking of going off the drops, and doing just low carb until the first of January. That would be a 10 week break, instead of the standard 6. Should I not expect to loose anymore weight during that time? Thanks for any help or encouragement! Criosa |

I'm post menopausal and am happy with my losses on HCG. I didn't have that much to lose but it was weight I could never shift. Believe me I tried. With HCG I lost the weight in a month and most of it came off of my pear-shaped thighs. A big win for me.
