Menapause and long breaks

Hi, I've been on the sublinugal HCG diet for 2 1/2 weeks now, and like it more than I thought I would. I lost 7 pounds the first week, 3 the second, and 3 so far on this week. So that's 13 pounds in 19 days. Not great compared to some, but very good for me.

I'm in my 50's with a lousy metabolism. So I'm pretty excited about this. I was wondering if anyone else is doing this that has gone through menopause?

Also, my 45 days will be up around the third week of October, and I was thinking of going off the drops, and doing just low carb until the first of January. That would be a 10 week break, instead of the standard 6. Should I not expect to loose anymore weight during that time?

Thanks for any help or encouragement!

Oh, okay! That sounds better than just maintaining 10 weeks. Thanks!

I'm post menopausal and am happy with my losses on HCG. I didn't have that much to lose but it was weight I could never shift. Believe me I tried. With HCG I lost the weight in a month and most of it came off of my pear-shaped thighs. A big win for me.
