HCG questions
I'd like to know from those that have been using HCG if it has gotten more wt off without changing any other habits. What I've read is the diet requires a very low calorie count per day and that alone should have you losing.
I've restarted LC since Monday and track my calories online and am finding that I am eating under 600 net calories per day and in five days have lost five pounds. I can't believe it's that low since I'm not hungry. It's just the first five of course, but a good start and convincing me to stick to it. Using a food tracking site has been very helpful for me.

I didn't read the thread very closely and just got home from the mall where I stopped at the vitamin store to get protein shake mix and he asked me my calorie count and when I told him how low I've been eating (~600 cals/day) suggested the HCG. I bought them for $89.99 less 20% that I got from renewing my member card. Now I want to look up the products mentioned here and compare. They did tell me that any products are fully refundable even if used, but not used up. |

I'd like to read and possible join in the rounds that folks are mentioning.
Update: I found the HCG thread. It's of course new since I used to visit LCF regularly. I just did my first dose of HCG but being that it's near bedtime and I only walked a bit at the mall today, I don't expect it to do much for me unless I get on my elliptical. Also, I tried keeping the drops under my tongue, but found I had to swallow a bit and too soon. Last edited by 2B Me; 09-25-2010 at 10:30 PM.. |

I bought the DIYHCG and am really happy with it. With shipping it was in the $90 range. |

HCG facilitates the nutritional needs for the fetus while the mother is pregnant so if she isn’t eating enough, the HCG tells the body to give up its stored fat to the baby, for that reason anyone on the HCG diet only consumes about 500 calories per day, forcing the body to burn it’s stored fat and not structural fat. |
