Yes, some people stay hungry for the first week to 10 days. Sucks but it happens. Have you loaded? With fats???? Are you trying anything to assuage your hunger? Like spacing your food out more, having chicken broth, drinking hot tea, drinking enough water? Are you doing injections or the homeopathic hcg? I think we need a bit more info in order to help you out.

WOE: one day at a time!! LC!
Start Date: July 14, 2003 - every day!!
I was ravenous the first week. Eventually it went away. Drink lots of tea and water, have your apple earlier when you're starving, then just a veggie and protein for lunch. That helped me a lot. It's just part of the challenge. Regardless of how you load, and I loaded with lots of fat and protein, you can still be hungry. I was especially disappointed to find myself hungry since I gorged for 2 days, gained 5 lbs, and was still hungry!! If I do another round, I'll stick to lighter loading I think.

You can do it!! A month from now as you're maintaining, you'll be so glad you stuck it out.

I'm going into day 10 and I have to say its gets much easier, the first 3 days were ruff and I was hungry, now I get occasional hunger pains nothing I can't ignore, I don't eat my fruit with my meals I use them as snacks in between, 1/2 grapefruit or med apple for breakfast, my reg lunch, my reg dinner and a fruit in the evening to knock off any hunger pains. Hopes this helps good luck it'll get better!!

This is exactly what I do. I also dose with the hHCG at alternative times not close to my meal times since the hhcg helps with hunger as well.

Yes nifer I think doing this way helps a bit more if you do have hunger pain plus it makes me feel like I'm getting more to eat..lol. I see your starting round two how long did you wait between rounds, I get from reading two weeks, to 4 weeks what did you do??
