Is there a Simeon's Protocol for Dummies?
I have tried to read Inches and Pounds on the computer but find it very hard. I will have to print it out this weekend.
I'm just trying to grasp the basics of the HCG plan... Here is what I think it is. Please correct me. 2 days of loading... excessive calories and fat and good carbs with drops 21 days of 500 calories- 3 oz meat and veggies for lunch and dinner with drops ????some go longer on this phase? Then excessive calories around 2500-3000 doing a low carb type of plan with no drops?????? How long is that phase? Then if you have more to lose, you go back to the 500 calorie plan with drops? Then once the weight is off, you go into maintenance... but at what calorie or carb content? and for how long???? I know I need to read I & P more thoroughly but just wanted to get more of an understanding from those that are or have been through it. |

Depends on which drops you choose. I used DIY and those were 10 drops, 3X a day.
Each set of drops should come with instructions. |
