Thanks! It is so weird b/c the weight I stablized at after baby was within 5 lbs of when I first started the HCG protocol. I'm 197 and would like to be my pre-preg weight of 160. I''m 5'6 but a larger frame so ideally I would like to be around 150#.
I started the diet with several of my co-workers. I think the key to having this work is to try not to cheat and P3 is super important. There were several in my group that had a countdown til P3 and started eating junk food. They gained the weight back ASAP. I didn't eat perfect after maintenance at all, but I started running and ran a half-marathon 4 months later. I loved how strong I felt and really miss that. That same half-marathon is my goal for next year! During the 6 months after the protocol I kept within 2 lbs either way of my end weight. I tried WW while I was breastfeeding and a little after but I get SOOOOO hungry that I cheat then feel so guilty. I can work-out and maintain weight like no other but can't lose b/c it makes me hungrier. Atkins weight loss is so slow and hard to maintain for me. I really think that the Simeon's resets your metabolism and lets you lose from the belly fat. I'm not hardly ever hungry (except for cravings) and it is such quick results that are obvious. |

Today, Sunday 26th is my last load day.... so far I have only gained 2.6-lbs. but may gain another 1 or 2 by tomorrow a.m.
Anyways... I'm psyched about starting my 1st vlcd tomorrow... can't wait until this scale drops it like it's hot... ![]() |

Today is my last load day too, and I can honestly say I'm ready for it to be over. I'm tired of eating, and I've barely eaten anything today. I'm gonna eat a fatty dinner, down a couple tablespoons of coconut oil and call it a day. I feel disgusting!
I haven't weighed yet, I'm scared. I've finished shopping, made all my lunches for this week, and portioned out all my proteins for dinner this week. I'm so glad there's so many other people starting their first VLCD day tomorrow! |

I started last Sunday... but i figure I'd still join this little chat, so i can keep myself on track!
Starting weight 316.6 (uggg... horrible) but after one week im down to 304.4!!! still horrible, but improving. As soon as i get to the 200's i will feel a little better. Not really having problems with hunger, its just a mental thing of wanting to eat. Hopefully i can overcome that! getting married next year, 11-11-11 in the bahamas! |

Congrats on your weight loss AND your wedding!
I'm going to go ahead and do another loading today, and start VLCD tomorrow. I wasn't able to eat as much fat as I should have yesterday. |

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my amazing results so far. I know seeing everyone else's numbers inspired me so hoping this does the same.
R1P2VLCD1: -7.4!!! R1P2VLCD2: -5.8!!! R1P2VLCD3: -2.0!!! Don't expect to see results like this all the way through but enjoying the heck out of it while I can!! I am down 10.2 from pre-load weight in only 3 full days of VLCD. Down 15.2 from post-load weight! HCG is amazing. Sorry I didn't find it sooner. |

Thank you! Yes, I was very skeptical and granted, I am only 4 days in, but so far it seems to be just the "trigger" I needed. Was getting very little change on a low calorie, high exercise diet.
