Has Biz's shake ever stalled anyone?
I'm just curious is Biz's shake has ever stalled anyone. I'm on VLCD #6 and weighed the same today as yesterday (maybe even 1.4 more).
![]() Anyway, I had one shake yesterday and was wondering if that could be the culprit. I used 1% cottage cheese that I got at Vitamin Cottage, and it has no "bad" ingredients in it. It's 80 cal. for 113g, and I used 100g. I figure the whole shake was about 170 calories. I even skipped one of my breadsticks yesterday. It could be that I'm retaining water due to ovulation. But, just thought I'd ask about the shakes. TIA for your help! |

They didn't make me stall.
I actually stopped adding the cottage cheese and made the shake from an orange or apple, spinach, ice, and sweetener. (I ate the protein portion for dinner and saved the frozen shake for dessert later) If I feel like eating a vegetable with my protein for dinner, I discovered that just an orange, strawberries or an apple with cocoa, ice and sweetener is yummy too. |
