Hi Jennie! Glad to see you found your way onto the boards. Great group here that have loads of experience, and are here to help! I've been working too much to keep up, but read when I can. Keep posting your results!

If you've already lost 6.9 lbs in 3 days you will definitely lose 13 lbs and most probably more this round. (Unless you're trying not too.)

I am back on P2 after a 14 day P3. I loved the food but was anxious to start losing weight again. I was also having a really hard time stabilizing. So VLCD1 I was 216 and this morning 213.

Hi Olive - are you on drops or rx? I did injections the first 2 times around and was told I needed 6 weeks in between, which I did. The drops and spray are new to me...do you, or anyone else, happen to know how many days we are supposed to have between P2 and P3? Thanks!

Why am I so weak in the afternoons? Kind of weak feeling and sluggish.

I've tried increasing my afternoon drops but it doesn't seem to matter. I've tried more potassium and salt. Any ideas?

did you mean between round 2 and 3?? if so, P3 would still be 3 weeks but i believe P4 jumps to 5?? so the total would be 8 if i am remembering correctly this is for RX for sure so you don't have immunity issues some who are on the homeopathic go back into P2 a lot quicker HTH

Yay for P2 and P3 Both great for their own reasons! How much longer you think you will go on P2 this time after your P3 break?

I don't even like donuts...but I do want to look like a "normal" eater to her at some point so she doesn't think women always have to starve themselves or eat odd diets. So hard raising girls!
Way to go on resisting the temptation! You are showing your daughter how to eat healthy & maintain!!

How long will you go on P2 this time before heading back to P3? Hope next time you stabilize easier. My P3 only lasted a week due to that!

Dawn hope you continue improving!

Hi Deb! I wondered where you were. Yes, I am doing hhcg this time and have not done it before. I am in round 3, phase 3 now. I was wondering how many days/weeks before I can do another p2? With the rx it is 6-8 weeks, but this is new to me. I understand there is not immunity issues with hhcg, and that's why I went this route as my second round I had major immunity issues. Where are you in this circle of hcg "love" ?

Its VLCD # 2 for me after my 7 day P3 break......I'm down 1.5lb.

Still reading and trying to decide about the shots til immunity then P3 or change to hhcg on day 41 and for a bit......I've been emailing with someone who has been doing rx hcg sublingual and on day 95 she still hasn't hit immunity......while I'm trying to decide what ultimately makes the decision for me will be when I see my doc since he put me on it and knows all of my health issues, etc.

Back to work tomorrow for two more 12's! The last two were pretty hard after being off so long. These I'm sure will be the same but at least I get to work my favorite area, adult ICU!

If I don't catch you all before the weekend when I'm off, have a great couple of days releasing! Anyone hear from WW lately? I'm off to eat my chicken and asparagus!

some cycle right back into P2 after the 21 days on P3 i did that once when i didn't atabilize very well had a good round and stablized wonderfully the next P3

i am between rounds 5 and 6 DS15 is between rounds 4 and 5 he is going the full time until after Christmas before he has another round and i am thinking of going back into P2 pretty soon let's see we are on P4D34 so about 8 weeks since our LDW?
so if you want you could do your 3 weeks P3 then maybe a week of p4 and go into another short round and be in P3 again for Thanksgiving?? that is how i did last year and LOVED it!

if it were me i would not go over 40 days no matter WHAT type i was using(especially with using RX part of the time) your body needs the break and if you want the tightening of the skin that this flabby fat woman has had the breaks are way way important if there is too much time before you try to stabilize i don't think your body can "catch up" as well as with the closer breaks i am not explaining it very well wish i was better spoken!

I'm planning on doing only 21 days of P3 then loading and going into round 2 starting this weekend. I planned on doing P4 but changed my mind because I've stabalized great and I'm ready to start losing again (too impatient). I really hope I don't mess up the "tightening of the skin".

Deb - thanks, and I understand what you're trying to say to diva..haven't heard of what she was saying....that's why I was asking about the breaks between...thought I had something wrong. I REALLy needed the 6-8 weeks in between. Yes, it was more fun losing, but being patient is worth it in the end.

I don't know how to cook. I mean, I'm learning! I think that's what this protocol has taught me to do. I was told to whip the eggs until you think you should stop- then keep whipping. I did it until the bowl could be held upside down. They turned out really well my first time! I made the stuffed mushrooms Mthr suggested, and I used the extra bacon cream cheese and added cheddar to make some more oopsies. They are yummy!

Hi everyone... I got my hhcg drops today... I plan on start loading on Friday... but may start tomorrow.... "nigh"... and then do 3-days of loading and start vlcd-1 on Monday...

I have a question... regarding having hhcg around electronics?... I just got mine today.. and it is wrapped in plastic bubble paper in the package.. I did take it out of package.. but left the plastic wrapped around it... and then I put it back in the package (still wrapped in the plastic bubble mind you)... and laid the package by my computer/printer... WILL THIS MESS UP MY HHCG?????

GOODNESS I HOPE NOT. HELP???:

Hi Everyone! I'm back from a fabulous vacation in Florida. I'm still on P3, but will be going back to P2 with hubby when our drops arrive.

The trip went great aside from our car breaking down on the way there twice. I feel like I passed a state board exam for not eating under a tremendous amount of stress and emotional duress!

We were stuck in the middle of nowhere. My boys were scared, youngest was hysterical and hyperventilating, DH was not thinking clearly from no sleep. Our 9.5 hr drive turned into 15 hrs. Many of it at a truck stop with nothing P3 approved, a bunless greasy burger did NOT sound good.

We got towed only to be stuck for a few more hrs at a greasy diner. Finally we got a rental car for the week. I was pleased I didn't go off protocol until our last night on vacation.

I did make the decision to have some to die for key lime pie! Mmmmm it was really worth the repercussions. I didn't eat well the whole drive home, or shall I say, I DID eat well on the way home! I guess it depends on how you look at it!
Either way, I am correcting it now and find it very strange for the first time, it is easy to get back on track!

Hi duece, Yes I did the Hhcg drops in R1P2 for 26 days and then after 48 hours still on VLCD I went into P3. I have read in several different places that you don't have to worry about immunity with the homeopathic hcg. The other thing I read was that if you do 14 days of P3 you can cycle back into P2 without loading.

New to HCG!

Hi everyone! Stumbled across this thread today while researching the HCG diet. I am just getting started, Day 1 of my gorge fest...err..umm...loading phase. Yikes! Never thought I would be so sick of eating bad (for you) foods! LOL. You are all such an inspiration. Thank you all for posting!! I will keep everyone updated on my (hopeful) progress. Today just feels like...what in the world am I eating all this for? Feels so counterproductive! Afraid of the scale in the morning...yikes!!

PMartin - do not keep your drops near electronic devices.....mine says that specifically.....if they are wrapped up maybe they are ok...but move them ASAP!

I keep mine on a shelf in the bathroom because that's where I take them...I need the mirror.

Great Job! I have stopped losing and am contemplating moving on to p3. I have lost a total of 15 and am on vlcd 26... I feel bloated though, so maybe its just water because my rings are tight. It is causing me to want to cheat because I am a bit discouraged so it may be best to move on. I've got a couple of injections left, so I will decide at that point.

Congrats Paula!!

No change this morning, still 197.6 but that's typical this round (since I lost yesterday). Week 3 is again kicking my butt - no surprise there but I was honestly hoping for better (weightloss-wise) this round. Still not stressing as much as last time but I may put the scale up for a few days to give my mind some ease (did it last round too about this time). We shall see I guess.

I hadn't heard of this. My drops don't say anything about keeping it out of reach of electronics. I carry them in my purse to work with my phone in there. Do you think that could hurt my drops?

Hey, I just realized I'm only 49.8 pounds from goal! And over 62 pounds down from my highest weight Christmas of 06! I'm 45 pounds down from my weight last August. Cooooool...as my daughter would say.
