Well started vlcd1 today. Ended up doing 3 loading days instead of 2 because I was just unprepared to start vlcd yesterday. And I weighed this morning and was up 8.5 pounds from LIW. AUGGHH!! I sure hope that comes off quick. But I have been running to the bathroom all day long and shivering (I now remember how cold I always felt on the hcg) so I am sure I've lost weight, plus I was not hungry at all today! That is what I love, not feeling hungry!

m trying to figure out from yahoo group of when I should change from injections to drops......for now I start injections in the morning at I think injection 31? I have to look back.....wish I knew if I should start drops before immunity with shots or wait.....I sure wish I'd stabilized but I did have too much too soon with P3 birthday food but I will go ultra slow with next P3!! [quote=KOO;13912314]Thanks Mther! Sorry you are so frustrated. Good luck to you on going back to P2!Love the new avatar! Give me encouragement for P2 again tomorrow. Need to get at least back to LIW but thinking/hoping for 5-10lb under, to goal and retry P3 SLOWLY!! [quote=deechase2;13911835]So I am down 2.5 lbs back to .5 less than when I loaded. Feeling like I need to have something in the morning I miss my coffee and CREAM! I need to get the Stevia so I can at least have lemon tea. I never was a day eater but since my mind knows I cant...I WANT TOO! There is this promax 70cal energy bar that came with drops that is looking real delicious! I am trying to understand the whole tom issues cause I started drops without waiting..plan my food and understand food plan. Just venting and feeling [ /QUOTE]You will get past it. Stevia in water helped me, lemon and peach flavor! One day I'll be back to plain water but until then stevia flavors are great! Quote:
Ok, had the rest of the tempting P3 safe food tonight (hubby will continue eat it) and I've got chicken through Sunday to cover work days.......back to P2 and shots in the AM. Hope i figure out when to switch to drops appropriately before drops hit immunity!! Hoping for goal by Oct 19th before my 3 day of no shots for a 1 day out for P3 with parents/hubby to celebrate my and Mom's birthdays!! Otherwise Oct 19th = LDW then lowcarb the 23rd and back to P2 the 24th or 25th...... ![]() Weird how I'm looking forward to making hubby a P3 type breakfast while I'll be having water and a P2 lunch! I have to get this P3 weight off plus a P2 leeway before starting P2 again!!!WW how are you doing? Still on P2?? Dawn, are you feeling better? Hope you are and will be back to P2 soon! Happy releasing everyone! Hope to blog my birthday pics and recipes tomorrow and have a great back to VLCD with my shot in the AM! ![]()

Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcome. I would like to say that i have had great success eating pho twice a week. I know it's not protocol, but i love it and gives me the ability to go to lunch with my co-workers. I order with round steak no noodles and it is so wonderful. I noticed that it keeps me very regular also. Sorry if that is TMI...heehee. Talk with you later. I'm addicted to the series on HBO Weeds and it is about to come on

Okay, I'm still gathering information and plan to get started loading this weekend (hopefully, if my drops get here). I've been copying and pasting things I read in the different threads into a cheatsheet for myself, and I have some questions about a few products. Are the following products okay to use/take?
1. Splenda? 2. Diet sodas (especially Coke Zero)? 3. Excedrin for headaches? 4. Green tea extract? 5. broths or stocks (for use in cooking OR just as a filling soup)? 6. Walden Farms products? 7. Da Vinci's products? And Dawn, this question is specifically for you: I've noticed you've listed "mustard/pancake syrup" mix on your menus several times. I'm still reading the recipe thread, so if it's there, forgive me, but could you tell me what this is? I'm a condiment junkie (esp. honey mustard)! TIA! |

Weight this morning was 198.2, again, for the third day in a row.
![]() I'm not stressing it much yet but I think I'm going to try and keep most of my meals clean, see if that helps. If there's no change by tomorrow then I'll start considering an apple day. But yeah, still geeking out over the 100s. W00t!!! ![]() |

Last round I lost a net total of 14lbs in 21 days, my third week SUCKED until day 21, and I was obsessive about my foods. This time I have a different bottle, am more laid back about my foods, am drinking more water and reached Onederland. My outlook is different this time around so I don't know if I can really compare the two. I do know I've only lost 5.8lbs from my LDW but I didn't exactly do a perfect R1P3. ![]() Maybe I can draw parallels with successive rounds but, whereas R1 I was obsessed with weightloss, now I'm just taking it a day at a time (not quite as focussed on the losses). Of course I wish I were down more from R1 LDW but I also wish I'd done a better R1P3. I'm content to ride Week 3 out in the hopes Weeks 4 and 5 are kinder.

As far as broth goes, every one that I found had added sugar. I made my own and used a lot of it to cook with or make soups. Good luck!! |

I'm down almost 3 lbs. again today! Only .4 lbs above my LDW, so I hope to be seeing virgin weight tomorrow!!!
Still sucks that I've wasted at least 4 days losing loading weight, especially since this is only a 21 day round, but at least I learned my lesson for future rounds! FYI, I buy organic mustard, water it down a little and add stevia to sweeten it, I LOVE this on my lean burgers wrapped in romaine lettuce. |

Oh, I started eating breakfast today. I feel really bad all day if I don't have a little something in the mornings, I discovered this on my 1st round. I just have 1 egg scrambled with 2 whites and tea, I feel so much better now. I hope this helps my losses, it seemed to last time. I also sub 5 mac nuts for the melba/grissini, so 10 mac nuts total for the day. A little rogue but this keeps me on plan and I do not do well with the starch AT ALL.
My body is a little different though, I lose MUCH better eating beef than chicken, again something I discovered last round. I'm only eating extra lean beef this round, no chicken at all. Last edited by Healthy and Happy; 09-21-2010 at 07:00 AM.. |
