I probably need it though to stay focused for 21 more days. Cuz I'm really not looking forward to P2. I need to start thinking fun new numbers instead of deprivation! ![]() No, I'm going to wait until P4 to train for my triathlons because the training is too intense. My schedule is busy enough to tire me out with on hcg, can't imagine working out too. Quote:
I will certainly keep you in my prayers. Way to go not eating off protocol!! WOW! Hope you feel better too. Yes WHERE is WW? I haven't "seen" her since I left for vacation. Hoping Dawn is feeling better. What's with TOM arriving at everyone's door step at the same time, now several people are under the weather too! Just a quick check in. Today is my first vlcd. I have had to force myself to eat. Maybe loading high fat/low carb is the trick. I will say I am so surprised the lack of hunger.
I have been drinking a lot of decaff ice tea as I have a mild headache. Tomorrow I am going to try and eat earlier - even if I force it just in case this headache is due to that eating schedule. I hope the squashed hunger stays with me!!! |

Just checking in first congrats everyone on their losses, second cristy I'll pray for you I can see your anguish but be proud of yourself because you didnt break protocol to comfort yourself with food Way to go girl!!
CaTriGirl I got a chuckle from your comment that we must be breathing the same cyber air..lmbo, because I'm sick as well upper resp thingy and I know TOM will be visiting any day now. I think that is why for the first time I was actually HUNGRY, my stomachs been growling all day at work, was so glad to get outta there come home check in with the group and take my butt to bed so I'm not tempted. Update on my progress P2R1D9 11.6 lbs released oh and I weigh myself right after my morning pee:blush: and record. Ok trying to keep it short... ![]() |

.8 down today, which is .2 below what I was 2 days ago. Don't you love TOM and his up and downs! Starting vlcd15. The light at the end of the tunnel is coming! And Christy I'll say a prayer your work situation resolves in your favor and without stress!

191.2 this morning! Dang I love seeing the scale go down! That's a loss of .8 on VLCD #9. 180's are sooooo close, yay!!!
I think I had my hardest day thus far yesterday but I'm so glad I stuck to my plan. Weekends are harder for me, I think because they're more stressful and I just want to eat to comfort myself. You would think weekends would be less stressful but not for me. As much as I love and cherish my 5 children having them all home from school on the weekends is more stressful than the quiet during the week! We have fun though, but parenting is hard work, no denying that! |

I'm stalled and today is day 21
. I'm thinking of doing an apple day and extending a few more days, or maybe just call it done and move on to P3 after my next 2 days w/o dosing. I haven't seen Bernice in days and know I'm probably retaining water from the muscle soreness I still have, but, sigh, I really wanted to end this round at 165. I don't really want to extend, as I don't believe my body will keep losing next week. I don't know why I feel that way, but I do. I know many others have gone on to lose well that 4th week. Anyway, I know I have no room to complain since I lose well those first 2 weeks, but it's a real drag for the scale to stay the same, or creep up while following plan well. Thanks for listening

Julie, I know you said you haven't been feeling great either, so maybe it is time to move on to P3, but maybe somebody else will have a better idea.
I've been the same for just 2 days, but I'm going to go ahead and move on to P3 as well. Yesterday was my last dosing day, and Tuesday will be my first day of P3 eating. I had planned to do 40 days, but I'm getting anxious to give P3 a try and see if I can actually maintain, and I think I'm ready to see how that goes.

Lazy Sunday morning. Good time to catch up on the board.
Was kinda bummed that I did not see a loss yesterday, but i stuck to it even though weekends are always the hardest. Today I saw a .6 release and I am firmly into virgin territory, so I am pleased with that. I've having headaches over the last few days, but I think it is allergy related. Molds are very high right now around here. I little Tylenol or Advil usually takes care of it OK. Hubby has been away on a golf weekend since Thursday morn and gets back late tonight. Will be glad to have him back and things back on our usual routine. |

Thank you!!
Thank you to everyone for the support and prayers! Hubby looked at me today and said what if they deem you not fit to work any area and you're out of a job? Great, had not thought of that at all......I'm our only income right now until he's done with school which is May 2012!
![]() I know that prayer is where its at, so I appreciate it more then you know! I'm just near tears today and hope that it goes well for me tomorrow. I will try to get on her tomorrow after work during my P2 dinner and let you all know! Good luck to all of those moving into P3!! Happy releasing to those in P2! I'm down another 0.4 today and almost back to where I was before that P3 week break!

Stick a fork in me...I am DONE! I feel like a stuffed pig ready to be roasted! Yesterday was D1 Loading. I ate and ate and ate.
over 1 lb of calories. 3600 and over 230 grams of fat! Just shoot me! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I weighed in +3.6 Yikes! I was at that 2 days after my load round 1.I'm really forcing myself to eat because I was miserably hungry round 1. I am trying to do less carbs this time. But yesterday I was at 30% carbs, 13% protein and 57% fat. How my protein was so low, I have no idea. Quote:

Yay for the losers today. MG and Julie I will be watching how you do with P3. M actually decided she wants to go on for a few days and see if we can get to the 20 lb. loss point. She isn't feeling a difference in her clothes but the 15 lbs had to have come from somewhere. Here's my problem, it looks like we only have a couple of doses left in the bottle, not enough for it to last until I can get a new order in. Does anyone know will it hurt if she misses one day of drops and then hops back on it when the drops arrive?

So, I officially gained 2.6 pounds loading. Not bad, though I really don't think that I loaded very well. I feel like I didn't really eat much either day. Yesterday, I didn't start eating early enough in the day, so my pacing was way off plus, my eating ended a little early because while I was preparing my sliced cucumbers for my VLCD1, I sliced off the pad of my middle finger on my mandolin and spent some time in the ER last night. THAT was fun! So I'm prepared for a little hunger, but I'll get through it.
Crispy, I'm sorry about your work situation and hope everything works out in your favor. Julie, I would be tempted to stay on for week four, because I've seen quite a few people with slow week 3s who went on to have nice loses that 4th week. However, I'm saying that as someone who is on VLCD1, so take it for what it's worth! LOL Okay, off to have some tea! |

Hey everybody! Just checking in! Seems like the thread has been slowing down some so I will be trying to keep better track of everyone over the coming weeks because I so miss the support here!
I have completed 30 VLCDs and am down 20lb exactly from my highest load weight. That puts me at a 0.67lb/day loss, although my losses the last 2.5 weeks have slowed down significantly to 0.5lb/day. I am staying on for another 18 days and will then be going into P3 (which I am soooooooo excited about)!! Round 2 is DEFINITELY hard...the losses are slower and temptations seem to be higher...for those going into R2 just be ready to really buckle down and stay committed! I am aiming for 150, so another 11.4 in the next 2.5 weeks, wish me luck!!!!!! Big hugs and prayers to all of you (I have just skimmed the thread) who are struggling with both diet and non-diet related concerns, my thoughts are with you all ![]()

Koo, Good for M!!! I know you were hoping she would stay with it a little longer. I agree with Kandi, it seems like it would be okay for her to miss a day and jump right back on. It takes 2 days for the HCG to get out of your body, so it seems to me like she would be okay.

Lee Anne, you are doing so great! I need to go see check out your YouTube again, I bet you look awesome!
I ran out of fresh strawberries yesterday but had some frozen organic ones in the freezer for today. So I put a large handful in the blender and since I didn't have any lemons I added lemon lime seltzer and stevia to sweeten. It was really yummy! |
