A Supplement Cheatsheet?
Again, I've been absolutely devouring this forum for about a week now, and I still have so much more to read and (try to) retain!
I was wondering if you all could help me compose a sort of cheatsheet with all the supplements/vitamins I need to be sure to take during the different phases... I know a lot of you take probiotics/digestive enzymes, magnesium, D3, B-12....My head is spinning! ![]() In P2, I highly recommend you take ______________ (fill in the blank). In P3, I highly recommend you take _______________ etc. Thanks for your input! |

I'm still new to this, but for me...
In P2 I take 3 Potassium Pills each day and 3 Magnesium Pills each day. As I get closer to P3, I plan to add Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes for at least a few weeks. |

Ok this is what I take. I am going through a dr so this is what she is suggesting.
D3 5000-10000 iu a day. I split into 2 doses one multi-vitamin fiber (I use the powder twice a day) probiotics (1-2 per day) SLT Forte with liver herbs (I take 4 a day - split into 2 doses) cal/mag powder - I mix with water and stevia I also give myself b12/lipotropic injections 3x a week |

I take: a One a day, Calcium Magnesium and Zinc, Milk Thistle, Vit C, Vit B complex, Vit b 12, Vit D3, Echinacea, and Biotin. I ran out of potassium but will add that back when i remember to buy it. I take the recommended dosage on the bottle except I have doubled up on the Biotin. I had a bout with hair loss, high stress period of time and low carb combined? My hair was falling out in handfuls, its stopped. I'm a little over the top with the supplements. I found during low carb i lost when i took them and when i didn't I stalled.......fluke maybe just what my experimenting showed me.
