Same with me, I feel drained by the end of the day, and I sleep well, other than getting up to use the bathroom. I look forward to waking up for that though!

Hello Everyone! I try to read and keep up with you all, but that's really hard to do. When I did my first round in March, I don't think it was quite this busy. Now, When I read something, it's so hard to find again, if there's a comment or recipe I'm trying to find.
I did injections my first 2 rounds, and now finished 3 weeks of doing the spray, which I liked as well. I did not have a good second round, and I believe it was an immunity issue. could someone clarify for me these long rounds that some of you are doing? I guess I thought it was either 23 days or 43 or 46 days? Are there different plans with our different products? I'm going to reread P & I and see what it says, as I haven't done that for a while. I havent brought my siggy up to date, but at 170 for LDW of this round. Now to maintain that for 3 weeks, and then do another 3 weeks of P2, as least I think thats what my plan will be for now. I'm still sort of experimenting. KUTGW everyone....you are all very inspiring! So my results are : started March 16/10 @ 230, finished R3P2 9/19/10 @ 170....60 pounds gone in 2010!!!! The HCG is the way to go!

HCG journey 2nd time around
On day 10 HCG drops - 17 lbs down - even more than the first time around - BUT - honesty is everything. After my first in May - lost 30 lbs in 30 days - lost another 10 over maintenance and maintained pretty well until first of August. You know how it's always going to start tomorrow - well never did and gained 25 pretty quick. I did read where it would come back faster if you don't maintain some kind of control and I was out of control. I have a lot to loose - over 100 - so I thought I better get it together and just jumped back in with both feet. Feeling really good, very little hunger, first time around was shots and I was starving and exhausted much of the time. This time drops 2 X day and it's been great.

Hi FFnomore! Good to hear from you. Sounds like we had similar experience. My round 2 was absolutely terrible! First round I lost 36 pounds, second round I struggled and only got off 8 pounds, and trying for 6 weeks, Round 3 was only 3 weeks and got 16 off. I really think I needed a good break, and actually had to go through round 3 and round 4, so I tried to be quite patient before I did the third round. I never want to repeat what happened to me in round 2. How long of a break are you taking before you start round 3? Just curious

Stevie - LDW - Last dose weight - what we try to maintain during p3 and p4.
CJ - good luck this time around....I know exactly what you're talking about. I had 90 pounds to get off, so I just worked on 10 at a time. |

Stevie - also, I should have said that it's LIW - last injection weight if you're doing injections which I was my first 2 rounds.

Dee - good luck! I don't post very often either, but found some time tonight so I wanted to get caught up. I do much better when I chat away. I keep way too busy, and put myself on the bottom of the "to do" list for way too long. Working on my last 30 pounds.

On my first round I started loading the last two days of my period and my VLCDs the moment I knew I was in the clear. I didn't want to have to deal with TOM in the middle of a round - of course though, this time around I waited until about 2 weeks after the end of a period.

I think this has been a personal choice, and people do both. I will end my first P3 round at the end of Sept. and I am thinking of going right back in to another round of P2.

Misty - I was asking FF because I also, was wondering if anyone else does do the p3 and p4. After my very bad round 2, I did p3 and p4, before starting a new round. I didn't want any issues to come up. I was on injections the first 2 rounds and I believe immunity was to blame for the bad round 2. I did great on round 1, switched to hhcg for round 3...less expensive and just as reliable as my first round...just didn't want to deal with the thought of another bad round...needed to change it up. I'm starting P3 tomorrow.
If I remember correctly, Dr. S does suggest the 6 weeks break between rounds, and someone told me that would be 3 weeks p3 and 3 weeks p4, but maybe that depends on what hcg you are on or hhcg....so much to learn |

If you've started then carry on. I did sublingual and got my period at about vlcd3. I had 3 or 4 days of scales going up and stalling then it all went away with a big drop in weight.
