Hoping someone answers this soon!!!

Time is of the essence! Today should be my first day w/ no drops, BUT I was also 136 4 days in a row! Should I continue on for a few more days to squeeze an apple day in w/ a few more days of drops? I should be taking my drops in a couple of hours if I choose to continue. I must say that I am a little disappointed in ending my round on a number that I've seen for 4 days already!

I would stop dosing and move on to P3. That happened to me and I took it as a sign it was time to move on. The apple day is psychological, anyway.

J4 - I did an apple day close to the end of my R2 and Dawne said it wasn't a good idea to do an apple day as the last day of your round so I did two more days of eating P2 before moving on to P3. I say just move on to P3 and quit beating yourself up. You can always go back to P2 without loading if its less than 14 days otherwise you need to load again.

LOL! Generally all an apple day does is get rid of water weight you may have held on to, which is why it's more a psychological thing than purely physiological (aka, you're not losing any more fat, just the water that has been filling the emptied fat cells). I did an apple day as my last day and maintained very well (barring my vacation fiasco!) on that resulting LDW. Still, I see the reasoning behind sticking with where your body is stopped at - if you were going a longer round I'd definitely recommend an apple day, but otherwise just wait until next round to get those few pounds off. It sounds like you were simply retaining that water, and having those couple pounds leeway once the water leaves is a great help!
