The Hcg Kit came in the mail late this afternoon.So tomorrow I'm going to start loading.I will probally be full of question's.I so want to make this work.I don't think I will have a problem with the 500 cal.Well here I go little nervous.

I was terrified at first too, but it turned out to be so easy and it works! You will love it and feel comfortable quickly. The wonderful women on this forum made it so easy.

Yeah!! I'm excited for you!! I loaded last weekend, and thought I couldn't eat another bite, and now that's I'm on VLCD7, I wish I could be back there. I was scared too, but I read, and read, and read. There are so many pointers hidden in these threads.
In the past week: I've learned that 500cal is different depending on which site you're using. Now I measure my protein and do a veggie and fruit for each meal and trust I'm ok on the calories. I tried the melba toast. Don't really know what that adds, but it's ok. I've learned that I was a lot hungrier than I expected, despite totally gorging during loading. I've learned that the hunger does subside, and leaves a satisfied, lighter feeling in it's wake. I feel energetic, and I'm not even taking any supplements (yet). I have them if I feel the need, but I'm trying to stick to the original protocol. I've learned I still don't like stevia, but the Zevia sodas aren't bad. I haven't had any splenda or nutrasweet, but have sweet-n-low in my iced tea. Good luck and come post often. There are many very experienced people here who patiently answer questions and share their experiences. ![]()
