This same thing happened last year. I was able to find it in my Wal-Mart (the old super Wal-Mart, not the new fancier one that opened 5 mins from my house) last year at this time when people here on LCFs were complaining of a shortage!! Around me there was no shortage. Have you truly looked everywhere???!!!

I've looked in a couple of grocery stores to no avail. We don't have a lot of different stores to choose from here, but I won't give up! I did read there was a shortage again. I am going to stock up if/when I find it! I have been adding pumpkin pie spice to my (homemade) cappuccino's lately. So good!!!

I'm .6 below LDW. Yesterday was my first day of P3. I wasn't hungry much if at all but I did eat. I didn't count calories so no clue where I was. I need more water today though. I thought I got so much in yesterday but I don't think I did.

Today
Br - left over steak and mushrooms
Lunch - rest of the steak, salad with ranch dressing
Snack - cocoa crack
Dinner - burger, fried green beans....loooooooove those things!

More water....I'm going to try for the same amount as on p2

Have a great day!

Thanks, WW! Alas, no Target nearby. It's alright though, I'm going to load this weekend and I'm already planning my menu!

I just looked at my new Wal-Mart, the one that did NOT have it stocked last year at this time either, and they do NOT have it. I will check out Kroger on Fri when I go to work next time. If I find myself in any other store I will check there too! My "old" Wal-Mart may have it as they did last year at this time, but don't plan on being around there any time soon.

Here ya go

"Coco Crack:"

Coco crack is chocolate made with 2 TBSP virgin organic coconut oil, 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa, and sweetener to taste. Blend together and pour on a paper plate and put in fridge. It will harden and then you can break it into pieces. Like a dark chocolate. Additionally, you can add crushed nuts or coconut when you can tolerate them. I use it to coat my other treats or fruit also. Very good.

It's yummy and satisfies my chocolate craving which is good because I have a box of Godiva truffles in the cupboard waiting for me.....someday little truffles....sommmmeday.

I haven't even opened the cupboard for fear of one of them jumping out of the box into my mouth

I went to Trader Joe's last Friday and I have 8 of their sugarfree chocolate bars. Nummy! They are in my upright freezer in the garage...and haven't had any of them yet. So NOT me!

No fish for dinner tonight. I had a big greek salad with home made dressing. I am having strawberries for dessert with whipped cream. Gotta try out my Issi whipper thingee.

L: Leftover Chicken parm (gotta use the leftovers!
D: Not sure yet. Salad? Maybe? I am busy tonight..Doc appt for me...Vet appt for my puppy!

Yesterdays Menu

Breakfast - left over steak, mushrooms

Lunch - rest of the steak, 1 min muffin with lots of butter..yum

Dinner - burger, fried green beans and I had one slice of apple with some of the cocoa crack drizzled on it.

I managed to get all my water in yesterday and was down .4 today so that made me happy. I'm 1lb below LDW.

I had cottage cheese and strawberries for BF. For lunch I made the Rotel/cream cheese thing - it's really good!

1 lb. ground beef
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 8oz. package cream cheese

Brown beef, then mix in the other stuff. Easy and tasty!
