1st Day of VLC
How do you hit 500 cal.? Looking at my food for the day would put me at 533.
Am I missing something? Cal count according to Lose it App on Iphone Today so far: 3 1/2 oz beef patty - 215 Cal 4 strawberries (1 cup cut up) - 23 Cal lettuce (1 cup) - 8 cal 1 breadstick - 20 Cal Total 266 Dinner Chicken breast - 188 cal |
