Tom came a week early for me on the drops as well, and there are several who haven't had one in a while and then got in on the drops. I'm not sure why, maybe someone will be able to give a better explanation. I just went with mine, it helped me release when I took the midol, so good luck to you!

Hmmm, I don't know for sure what's going on, but I do know that hcg can really mess with TOM. Nothing surprises me. Hcg can delay TOM, cause it to come early, make it lighter, make it heavier, make it longer... all sorts of things.

I hope someone else comes in to answer too. Hang in there!

I got mine two days early and it was weird, like off, then on, then off, then on and only lasted 4 days.

I started dosing immediately after my period, yet just under a week into my VLCDs I started spotting too. It was mild thankfully but a little puzzling. I suppose it has to do with the HCG itself: in its RX formula it is after all a hormone which, when administered in large doses, is used as a fertility treatment.

Sarah has it!! Hcg will mess with your hormones,as it is a hormone. But it also is effecting the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals....that whole cycle that effects the menstruation. I am not a nurse but have seen others state that they have a different period while on the hcg. It can come early, late, be heavy, light.......etc!! Totally normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
