Nooo Pizza! :(

My son and his GF just walked in with a box of pizza

I'm R1P2D27

No pizza for me.. they are killing me with the smells, I swear.

Since starting this, I have had to smell them frying corn tortillas for tacos (my favorite smell), deep frying chimichangas and now pizza. Kill me now.

Eat the fillings! Beef, chicken, cheese, sour cream, green guacamole, hot sauce. Yum!

Great job Diana! I survived a trip out for ice cream last night. It is my favorite place for softserve too. I didn't cave. I didn't even crave. Weird.

Got our eyes on the prize! Keep up the great work!

I soooo feel for you. Lately my kids have been baking homemade chocolate chip cookies. They even baked them on my apple day!

But it has paid off for me. I am down 20 lbs! Not even LC was this fast. We can do this and we are worth the effort!

I hear you! On my kitchen counter right now are 3 of the most beautiful cupcakes I have ever seen in my entire life. I can't even let my mind go there. But the smells, oh my goodness, they are much harder to withstand! Congrats on resisting!

I can see the end goal for this round (only 3 more days of hHCG P2!) and I keep telling myself I have worked too hard to stay clean, to screw it up for a piece of pizza. Plus I hear a little voice telling me "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" and it's SO true. Nothing can come close to how I feel when I've lost weight and feel great, people notice and I'm healthy - nothing, not even crappy greasy pizza.

Today is Day 28 and I'm down 22 lbs! I have a hard time tooting my own horn but you know what? I'm damn proud of myself for sticking to 500 calories a day for almost a month now and sticking almost 100% to protocol. Yay me!

I have MANY more rounds in my future but I can do this.. I can do anything for 30 days at a time and I'm going to lose this stupid weight, once and for all!

You should be VERY proud of yourself. This is not easy but it is very rewarding. In past diets I never felt "guaranteed" that I would lose weight so as soon as things got too hard or the weight wasn't coming off I'd throw in the towel. On this plan I feel "guaranteed" the weight will come off so I can stick to it and know I will be rewarded!!!

BTW-Yesterday I baked a BIG batch of zuccini bread (lots of garden zuccini since I can't eat any!). Oh did it ever smell good in the house. Good thing DS19 is a vacuum!

You have done so wonderfully on this protocol. You can do it, and you have.

Sometimes I like the smells. I cook all sorts of stuff for my SO and I take a deep smell and that is a bit like taking a bite myself.

Diana, you SHOULD toot your own horn. You've done a fabulous job and not only have you proven it to everyone else that you can do this, you proved it TO YOURSELF. Now you know you have a way to lose weight that is totally under your control like j4Christ says. Great point, btw!

OMG, zucchini bread. I haven't had that in years. Not sure I could resist that right now.

You guys are all right.. this is so different than other "diets".. I feel real hope this time, unlike the fake hope I felt on other plans. It's just different.

I work in the mall and tonight when I was closing the store, I stepped out to lock the doors and got a huge whiff of buttered popcorn, pretzels, fresh baked cookies etc. Normally I would have cringed on a diet.. and 3 weeks ago, I probably would have cried, but tonight, I took a second whiff and mentally told myself "there, you've had some". That was it.. didn't give it a second thought. That was a first!
