A better understanding of HCG Diet (Simeon's Protocol)

Hello everybody.I been reading about HCG Diet and I'm having a hard time trying to figure out. I read Pounds and Inches and still have a hard time understanding it. Is there anybody or a book I can read that makes it a little simplier to gasp.

How about posting some questions and we can respond to you? Happy to help. :shake: I'm heading to bed but will respond tomorrow if you post some questions. I'm no expert by any means but have been on it for nearly 40 days so I do have some experience. Have a lovely night and welcome :welcome:

If you check out Amazon there are a few guides you can get that makes it simpler. I would NOT suggest getting Kevin Trudeaus' book though--he makes it seem harder than it is. Linda Prinster has a great book out. All you really need is the 500 calorie portion of the diet to get started. That is what I did!!! I never read the whole thing, but I have gone online and learned all I needed to to get started. I read and read and read some more!! And some more specific questions you want answered will be helpful!! I am by no means an expert, but am doing my 5th round. Good luck!!

It is hard to read! I've read scientific papers that were easier to understand. I read through it once but then relied more on websites and threads here to clarify the particulars.
