I figured this would be a good thread to have for everyone getting ready to enter P3. The P2 thread has some terrific information so I figured this would be helpful as well.

Don't add fats back too quickly.
Don't be afraid of the sugar in fruit. I know lots of people here are used to Atkins and the restrictions on fruit, but I ate it every day in P3 and it didn't affect my stabilization.
