Last dose of HHCG at night, what is LDW?

OK, for those of us who do HHCG 3x a day and our last dose is in the evening, what will we count as our LDW? Do we weigh when we do that very last dose?

Thanks Lindy.

I'm so afraid of being hungry on those two last VLCD days without my HHCG crutch.

You shouldn't be hungry the first day and on the second day, if you are starving (like I was on Tuesday - my 2 VLCD without HCG) you can do a transition day.

On a trasition day, you can have 2 eggs scrambled for breakfast and add more veggies and some fats at lunch and dinner. I actually made a small salad at lunch (using veggies from the approved list only) and used a little ranch dressing on it. It was heaven. Did the same thing at dinner! I didn't gain or lose that day, but it was better than being hungry all day long. YMMV!

I heard if you were hungry before entering P3 to just up your protein a bit. That is my game plan if I am hungry on Monday. I hope I am not tho. I know I was not hungry the day I skipped my shot when I was adjusting my dosage.

I transitioned, too. I had salsa (mixed veggies) on my chicken and a bit of sour cream the evening before my first official P3 day. I was hungry! Sometimes I think the Hhcg leaves and enters the system much quicker than 48 hours.

This is my concern about transitioning into P3. I wish there was more info about how hHCG works. I know it does--as I am using it--but there seem to be other differences (besides the lack of needle).

Glad to know we have options.

I cannot get eggs down without cheese. I may just do straight chicken or beef for brekkie if I can.
