HCG rounds: Before and after pics

I thought it would be nice to have some pictures (I'm a visual learner.) So if you have pics, please post them here.

Since this was my idea I'll go first. If I were doing a short round this would be my before and after for Round 1...but I am going to continue.

The first pic is: R1P2VLCD1 Weight: 155 and the second pic is: R1P2VLCD24 Weight:139

I took before pics but they are in my underwear, so sorry, not posting them here!

I know I'll be doing a second round, I'll take my before pictures with clothes on for that one

I took my before pics in shorts and a cami...I will post them if I see any difference between them. LOL! If not...maybe after another round!

Kristina you look awesome! What a great idea for a thread. I'm sure more people will be posting pictures soon. We have so many newbies who haven't completed their round yet but I'm sure within the next month there will be more pictures in this thread.

I took BEFORE pictures in the buff so I will not be posting them here but at the end of this round, I will take pictures (in clothes lol) and will post them with pictures I take at the end of my next round. When I'm ALL done losing all of my weight, I will photoshop my original before picture and add a bikini to it.. and then post it

Hopefully I do not change my mind. It's a really bad, revealing picture but if I ever get down to where I need to be - it will be a testiment to this protocol.

Can't wait to see more pictures!

I am just amazed at this protocol. Losing 16 pounds on hcg is WAY different than losing it on any other diet I've ever been on!

I came back to look at the pics again. It is *amazing* the difference! I agree that losing 16 lbs on this is MUCH different than on other plans. You look fabulous...you really do!

Brenda, I agree! Compared to many of you, I haven't lost as many pounds in the same amount of time but what has been the best encouragement for me is the inches I've lost! I hope everyone measures! It can really boost you through no losses, gains and 2 oz losses. Last Saturday I had lost 20.5"! That's amazing to me! And on every diet I have ever been on (even Atkins/LC) I have always lost my chest first. So far, I still have what I had of the girls...and I really can't afford to lose them.

Thanks! You will! It's amazing how quickly I'm losing. I went through a week or so of 2 oz losses and even a few days of nothing and once I even gained!

But it all comes off in the end.

I only see a difference in my thighs so far, so no pics yet for me. Still too early.
