I paid about $15/bottle too. I would have paid 1000 for it though.

All I can tell you is that I was the most weight loss resistant person here. I have so many hormonal challenges. My doc diagnosed me with blood sugar issues, low sex hormones, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue...the list goes on. I have been able to lose 40 pounds on the hcg where nothing else worked. If your plan is working for you then that is great!! My Atkins plan no longer worked for me and I needed to do something else.

No-its not working for me I have been doing it on and off to many times throughout 10years....This go around I have inducted over a month and have lost 5lbs if that.....
I think I messed up my metabolism with the on and off's.....

Yes, yes I can!! What I will tell you is what drew me to the diet is the fact that Dr Simeons' says that his plan will fix your metabolism. It not just to take the weight off but the plan he said would reset our body's set point. The food part is so boring and ugh, but the pounds and inches lost are amazing!!!!

We went with the Fusion from netrition and my daughter losing 21 lbs. on it is definitely worth the 64. to me!

Yes, the plan consists of two meals of 3.5 oz. of meat (off a list, most eat chicken, white fish, shrimp, lean groundbeef or lean steak), a veggie off of the approved list, one piece of melba toast or grissini breadstick and a choice of an apple, strawberries, or 1/2 grapefruit.

Good for you. This works. Read Pounds and Inches. I recommend following protocol....others tweak it. That is up to you. I like how it works for me both in terms of weight loss and inches lost. Good stuff!
