Here are my before and after images. Before, I was at 185.6, and after 147.7, so nearly 40 lbs. gone!

Thank you one and all for your kind words. I am frankly surprised that my legs got so skinny, they weren't really that big to begin with. But I seem to have lost more on the bottom than the top. Maybe by the time I finish this round, I will even out a bit.

Here are some before and after pictures. I lost 68 pounds. I wanted to loose 72 but my body was tired and I want to do a complete 3 weeks in P3 before we go on a cruise in June. Maybe late this year or early next year I may try and lose 15 more pounds but right now I am happy. I could loose a little more but at least I am a healthy weight now.
