OK, posting results for All 3 rounds (plus a dozen or so pounds Atkins at the start).

First pic is from Mother's Day at about 201 pounds. Second pic is after round 1 (176). Third pic is after round 2 (165.4). Last pic is today 157.8 (LDW was 156.8). This last round I lost 11.2 pounds, and 12 inches.

What a difference, not just in the weight but also how healthy and happy you look! Congrats!

Thanks for all the sweet thoughts guys. And I agree... my smile does look happier. I think it's cause there's less 'fluff' on my face to hide it! My daughter has taken all the round pics, so she always gets my best smile!

And if you haven't posted pics cause you aren't sure you can see results...I strongly urge everyone to try. Your LCF buds will see the changes that your eyes may not see yet!

I"m not at goal yet, but thought I'd post some progress pics. When I look in the mirror every day, I don't see a difference, but when I looked at these two pictures, I could really see the proof that HHCG does work! The first one is at my daughters graduation in May, and the second one is just this last week with my other 2 daughters.

Julie, my girls are great and always so supportive! They were very encouraging, and never try to talk me into going off plan. It's so easy to stay on track when I go out to visit them! I haven't had much time to post, but I wanted to tell you how really great you are doing and how inspiring you are!!

Not done with HCG yet. Here is an older before and an after from last Friday when I was three pounds heavier than today. I strayed last Friday night and Saturday a bit but jumped right back on track so I'm sure I could have lost more. 11 pounds gone so far.
