Long rounds?

Anyone here ever do a round longer than 40 days? Amazingly, the onetongorilla guy went 100 days. I know an extended p2 is not for everyone, but I'm not bothered by it (yet!). Thoughts?

I know you can do it with the hHCG, but you are not suppose to go longer than 40 injections with the RX because of the immunity issues...and from what I have read that it really is self limiting as you get ravenous, etc. like you were taking too high a dose...just so very uncomfortable that you would be torturing yourself to go on....not to mention that you would no longer burning the right kind of fat.

I saw a gals vlog who did 75 days. I`m sorry but I dont know her name.
As a mom and wife aka the only one who cooks , I`m not sure I could do that long without cheating. Right now both dh and I are doing this (we are day 18) Dh is looking forward to ending in less than a week. I`m thinking about going another week....maybe two. I`m worried about that because he will want to eat out and he will be phase 3 and able to eat different things.

Hows that for rambling!

I would love to see her blog! I will try to search.

I am doing hhcg with my nephew and he kind of wants to keep going. We go back and forth (and back and forth) on this. We have hour long conversations about when we are going to end this round!

i honestly think if you want the tightening of your skin in P3 the 40 days or less is best that way your body doesn't have so much to catch up on tightening and is ready to do it again when you do another round

LOL. GL, I should call you guys. We could have a conference call and debate when a good time would be to hit P3 I play with this all the time lately. Especially when I read what the P3r's are eating But, then I think well, just keep going, blah, blah, blah. And my bf is traveling so much that I don't have restaurant issues right now so that makes it a good time for me to lose these last few...ugh. Oh well, I guess I will know when it is time.

You know you can only do short rounds when on VLCD18 you are thinking how awesome zuchinni would be for dinner or that you long for a veggie salad with dressing. You are not hungry for them, but you actually *miss* them.

Weirdly enough, there's nothing I miss too much. Except for the stuff that has to wait for p4 (and then only sparingly!). You are gonna ENJOY that salad!!!

Whenever my body decides to give up this last 1.5 that is keeping me from Onederland. Seriously. Today was supposed to have been my last dosing day but no way am I quitting when I am so close! I haven't had a loss in 2 days. Surely I will get to p3 eventually! You are more than welcome to join me.

The nephew has decided to continue dosing until Monday. (At least, that's the latest decision... )

Yay! We could use the company! Here's to awesome releases! (Peek at the last entry of my journal and you'll see how pathetic I have become in trying to lose this 1.5! )

I survived a party catered by one of the best restaurants in town and didn't even have a sip of champagne, wine, etc. Lordy, I deserve to lose tonight! Off to sleep in a bit but had to log in and see what was happening on this forum

I know exactly what you mean! Who would have thought that the idea of mixing your vegetables could seem so liberating and appetizing!

I don't think I could do long rounds because my body usually gets to a point where it is quite clear with me that we are done. Losing weight so quickly usually ends up feeling a bit draining for me. But I can see why people who are able to hang in there do it.

For me personally, a 40 day round is killer! I get so mentally exhausted! I have a hard time not cheating and my loses drop down to nearly nothing! I have found that a 28 day round it the best for me. I couldn't do one this time because of vacation timing, but after the killer week 3s that I usually have, I will have a really good week 4 and then it is time to stop!

I think as long as you are using homeopathic, you could go as long as you are mentally able to stay with it. I miss cheese way to much!

How's it going? I lost .5 overnight so I'm now 2.5 away from my goal before moving onward to P3. LOL..am I crazy for thinking that if I just lose .5 I'll be fine because I could potentially lose after I stop the drops and still be within my 2 pound window? that's my "I'm tired of this now" thoughts. I'm actually not tired of it but I want the scale to do what it was doing for so long for me Stupid scale needs to pay more attention to my inner thoughts.

Last night I told dh I wanted to add a few more days. Right now I`m going until 30 (I`m day 19 right now) When I get to 30 I may go to 40. I think 40 will be the limit. That way I can squeeze in another couple rounds before the end of the year.

Yeah, 40 will be my limit so at the most, I have another 10 days. Surely I'll get these last 2.5 gone by then
