So glad I decided to Try Simeon's Protocol

I started the Simeon's protocol on July 23 (first load day) and I have lost 14 pounds since that date.

On July 23 I weighed 238.8 pounds. On July 25, when I started the VLC portion, I was 240.8.............

Today, I am 224.6 pounds. I am grateful that I found this. It is the only thing that is working for me.

You can really see the change! WOW! Its amazing to see what losing 16 lbs of actual fat will do to your body. NICE!

I think its important to take photos to see how you transform. I took beginning pics and will take another set before I start my 2nd round of P2. I also think taking measurements is worthwhile.

Yes, with the starving and ruining my HCG..............

This new bottle is working beautifully!!! Looking at these 2 pics side by side makes me so excited and motivated that I don't even want to come off the HCG.............

You look great!!!! I am starting the VLC on Weds. All these success stories make me excited to get to that part. I'm loading today and feel :( since lunch.

We live in Jefferson City not that far from St. Louis.

Cool. Another board I post on I have met a lady that lives in Belleville, IL where I live..........

I work in St Louis and live in the Metro area.
