I did an entire round hungry. It sucked big time because it was my 2nd round and knew that it didn't have to be that way. If I were you, I would make hot tea, hot chicken broth, hot beef broth. Anything hot to fill the belly and make it seem full. But at night when laying around in bed, my tummy would make some pretty awful noises. My skinny as ever DH's would too!! Sometimes it is normal for that to occur. Just think of it this way......your fat is leaving your body and that makes it worthwhile!!!

And as Gracie mentioned--don't shake!! Be careful with that!! Gently pop the bottom of the bottle with one hand while holding it in the other. And while stretching out your doses, you can stretch out your food too. Dr S just tells us what to eat, not how or when to eat it!! I hope this helps a bit!

Btw, it was not my brand of Hhcg because when I did my 3rd round I used the exact same bottle of Hhcg and was not hungry. Go figure!! The only thing I can come up with is I stopped dosing while TOM was around and then when I started back up--there was the hunger! Won't make that mistake again---ever!!

Tay65, you're actually NOT supposed to shake the bottle, you just need to hold the bottle in hand and tap the bottom of the bottle with the other hand 10x

hmm, I have not been tapping my bottle - I don't remember reading about that anywhere.

I'm using spray, wonder if that makes a difference? I'm hoping Gracie chimes in, as I'm using the same spray that she did.

Day 2 was oooookayyyy I was mostley living off the high of my good first day release and was determind to get threw it in hopes of getting that high feeling again.
The one problem I had was I met up with a few girlfriends and they were all drinking wine (I LOVE WINE!!!!) I am not telling anyone about my diet (Except my roomie LaLa who is on it too) So I had to make up a excuse that I wasent feeling well and just wanted to drink botteled water with lemon..which is So Not like me. They also ordered a plate of Nachos.. I almost fainted I moments later excused myself and said I needed to go home to get some sleep. On the way home I had to hold the stering wheel Very tight as not to pull into the 10 million fastfood restruarants I saw. Once home I RAN into the house and cut up a cucumber while my chicken was on the George grill and took a DEEP breath. Talk about running into the line of fire...Holy crap..I barely made it out alive.

Glad I did cause this morning I had a 1.8pnd lose...Now 193.9 I am now at the 193's..Its a point .9..but I will take 193ANYTHING.

Lorrie, you did a great job! Pat yourself on the back I didn't go out I don't think for my first 2 weeks because I KNEW it was gonna be hard for me to resist stuff and I wine entirely too much I'd say half of my gain was 'wine related' Glad you pushed through and nice job on the scale Wishing you a great evening and a nice release. Do you and LaLa cook together? I think its great that you guys are roomies and are doing this together. My dd actually considered coming to stay with me for a week or so to maximize her losses but her bf was less than impressed with that idea

Down another 0.9lb today from pre-load weight for a total of 2.5lb pre-load (7.8 if you count load but I'd prefer not to).

Still not feeling well today with my own health issues from an allergic reaction but hoping tomorrow will be better?

Not hungry but eating anyway.....today's menu is supps/meds, ACV, 3 quarts of water, 2 quarts decaf tea's, lunch was chicken & romaine. Dinner is peppered haddock and asparagus baked in oven with salt, pepper & ground garlic flakes. ...

Happy losses everyone. Hope to be more chatty tomorrow.

Oh, how I would love to have someone in my household to "chat" with about this diet!! You guys are truly lucky! And we are all a bit obsessed with this diet--that is why this thread can get so long LOL.

Hello to Everyone! Nice seeing you and meeting those I don't know! After a brief reconnect with Gracie, I decided to write and be accountable. I have been missing since the first part of June due to a tragedy in our lives, I have decided to move forward with my weight loss journey. Hcg has been the ONLY thing that has helped me. I have been struggling to get my weight off since my husband died and absolutely nothing has worked. My LIW was 177, but stress entered my life and I blew it, and have gained 5 pounds. I had to go back and recount days and I am R2P3D32...Gracie..now I know where I am at least. Guess that's a start. I think I had immunity during my second round and I felt nothing like my first round at all. Thought about food all the time and gave into it all the time. Very sad, I know.

My question is to you, do you think I could order the spray and restart now instead of waiting until my 6 weeks is up 9/1 seeing I feel like I have been loading for a month????

There were so many posts, that I didn't get to all of them...sorry. I keep way too busy So, I'm just trying to do phase 3 until I can restart.

I am also researching everything I can on this as I had the strangest experience the second round...Any help would be appreciated. Wondering if this happened as I am almost 62 and through menopause...could that have cause immunity? Well, we will see what I learn from this second round. Thanks to all of you and have a great night!

Hi Susan from Michigan! I don't have any answers for you, but I was around, so I thought I'd at least say hi. Sorry, to hear about your family problems. This is just my first round, and I'm certainly struggling. I'm hungry everyday, and want to cheat everyday. No luck here of the *no interest in food* like I've heard other people talking about. But I'm getting though, and 7.5 lbs lighter, so that's good. I hope things get better for you. Good luck!

I've spent my whole day reading and reading here! I am on VLCD1, and already I have lost my load gain. I return to work after having the summer off tomorrow... not looking forward to it! Don't want to tell any of those I work with about my diet; which will be hard since we work close together! And back to work means lots of welcome back luncheons, hope I can survive!

Hi all! Fantastic losses today and congratulations to those entering P3. I started on Saturday and it's been ok so far. I seem to be staying at the almost 2 pound above mark, which I'm pretty sure is water since my ankles and hands are puffy. I upped my water today hoping that will help in the am. Good luck to all tomorrow!

Thanks for the welcome...I guess we can all have "our own" experience, and someday use it to help others, who knows? Don't know what I am doing yet, but probably just try p3 eating. What a bumpy ride sometimes
