Absoulutely Not..I weigh myself All day. I am thinking of hiding the scale so I can stop with the obsession. Or maybe someone else should hide it..cause I'll cheat.

I agree...it is not for the weak. I will be doing short rounds because I just cannot see myself eating like this for more than 3 weeks. I am bored and what I am missing are the good foods I ate following Atkins which I think will fit nicely into P3.
No way did I lose 40 on the short round! I wish. I started low carbing in May and that is the total lost w/ both WOE.

VLCD2 down 2!

That's not even the best part. I believe my hcg kicked in last night at my last dose because I was suddenly FULL and am happy to report that 6am this morning....I feel just as full.

Phew...I was worried I'd be hungry this whole time.

Question: To those who have dome multiple rounds do you find your body reacts the same way on the other rounds?

For example..my 2 load days I was sick as a dog....will that happen to me next time as well? I'm hoping not because I really would like to enjoy loading.

I'm also happy to report I haven't had a diet coke since saturday and other than a minor headache here and there I haven't even craved one!!

Happy releasing everyone!

I get sick to my stomach every time I load. I think it is part of the overall plan. By the end of the second load day I am sooooo ready to start the protocol and stop eating so much food!

I have no clue. I was retaining water Monday and again today, so maybe I didn't drink enough water Sunday and just didn't catch up yesterday. I know that we were out in the heat more on Sunday packing up the travel trailer, going to the dump station and then unpacking everything Sunday afternoon. But to blow away EVERYTHING that I lost over the weekend! Well, today is LDW, so I guess that 183 will be easier to maintain so I will take it.

I did take my measurements Monday morning and I have lost a total of 30 inches!!! That's 13.25 inches in the last week alone!

I am looking forward to P3! I made myself do this redo round because I had such a hard time stablizing after my last round. I am looking forward to breakfast and cheese and summer fruit!!! I will not be doing another round until Christmas, so will be taking a nice long break that I think my body needs. I tried to work one more short round in before Christmas, but one of my requirements was to be in P4 at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I am taking my Special Olympics Bocce team to State competition in October and didn't want to be in P2 or P3 during that time either. It is very hard to eat out at every meal and stay on protocol! So that pretty much made my decision for me! My daughter Amber will be doing the round at Christmas with me and I think she and her boyfriend will be doing one in October, loading at the State Fair and his birthday.

We had a great time at the lake doing as little as possible! Spent most of the time in the travel trailer. I did some reading and worked a bunch of crossword puzzles, my DH watched TV or slept. We did go swimming Friday and Saturday. The camping spot that we had was right on the lake, so we swam there instead of going to the swimming area. The swimming area water is HOT, but the water off our campsite was perfect! It was a challenge doing P2 at the lake but I did it! Looking forward to camping and not being on protocol!

Well, I followed protocol yesterday except for 1 bite of chocolate cake and 1 bite of homemade ice cream last night at my nephew's going away party. (He is going into the military next Monday.) I was hungry for most of the day and keep drowning the hungries in water and hot tea. I got home after 10pm, took a shower and went to bed. Completely forgot my spray! So I will be starting P3 tomorrow! 48 hours after my last spray will be at 5am in the morning! I decided to do a tranisition day today. I woke up hungry, so I scrambled 2 eggs and had them for breakfast. I am actually still hungry, but will give my brain time to catch-up with my stomach. My hot tea is steeping and that will help, too.

Haven't seen Bernice going on the 4th day now. This is most of my problems, I think. I drank some Natural Calm yesterday afternoon and made sure that I took my magnesium capsules this morning. I will drink some more Natural Calm after my hot tea if Bernice has still not shown up by then.

That's one of the reasons I decided to try the HCG, to see if it could do anything for my metabolism.

However, not expecting miracles, even as a child I ate very little...and I have a daughter who is the same.
During P3, I eat between 2500 - 3000 calories a day to maintain my weight. During P4, if I have stablized properly, (stablization is the key!) then I can eat anything that I want and stay within 2 pounds of my stablization weight. Now I didn't say LDW, because after my last round (which was a disaster) I ended up stablizing 15lbs above LDW. I didn't do a correct P3 (got cocky, won't do it again!). But when I finally stablizied, I didn't have any problems. I left and went on vacation and ate waffles for breakfast, pizza and sandwiches for lunch, bread and potatoes at dinner and came home 2 pounds heavier than I left.

This is my experience, YMMV! I also try not to do CD during P4. I switch to P3 style eating to get my weight back under control if I need to during P4. Most of the times that works great! HTH!

That's almost like a fairy tale to me.....I've been dieting since I was in high school (I weighed 150 lbs) and managed to diet myself well over 200.

To be able to even think maybe...just maybe I'll be like that is blowing my mind this morning. I'm still early on ..only day 2...but boy do I want what you have! I haven't been this motivated in a long time...thank you!

There is a light at the end of the tunnel and it's not a train!

I take a good multi-vitamin, a magnesium supplement (helps with Bernice), a probiotic (also helps with Bernice and is a must when tranisitioning to P3 and the added fats).

I added the magnesium supplement after reading about how magnesium depleted our food supply is. Don't skimp if you add magnesium. You need to take a good chelated magnesium like Bluebonnet or Doctor's Best High Absorbtion Magnesium. What you want to look for is Albion® Chelated Magnesium products. Albion doesn't sell directly to the public. They just produce the magnesium to be used in other products such as vitamins and fertilizer. You can google Albion and see a list of products that have their magnesium in them. HTH!

Potassium is something you need to be very careful with. I don't know if I would take a supplement unless it was prescribed by your doctor. JMHO!

You definitly need to add a probiotic! I take one religiously but always make sure that I have them on hand for P3 and adding back in the fats!

I usually have to take the best 3 out of 5 when I weigh in the morning. This morning went like this:

158
158
157
161
161
160.5
160
160
156.5
156.5
159.5
162.5
158.5
161
161
159.5
162
159.5
159.5

I don't have a frickin clue what I weigh today Anybody have tips on a good scale on a budget? I guess I'm picking 159.5 because it has the most and I'll rearrange everything when I get a new scale. annoyed:

I usually take the first one too. I tinkle, wait about 5-10 mins and then weigh. I NEVER weigh right after getting out of the shower. The results SUCK! .
