I had 1/2 avocado with salt for breakfast, coffee with yummy cream!
![]() Lunch I had a grilled chicken salad. I feel overfull from not even finishing my salad. It's so much more food than I am used to. I had what they called a pico de gallo dressing with it, but it didn't taste like that to me. Tasted more like a dijon mustard dressing. I just hope there was no sugar in it. Dawn suggested a probiotic. I meant to take some this morning, but I forgot. I will take some when I get home for sure! I thought for sure that I would want to eat tons of food today, but I just don't want to (which is good!). Quote:

So I have really been struggling with hunger these past few days. I went on another HCG forum (the site that I got my spray from has an on-line support group) and low & behold, I read that if you are dealing with hunger to take potassium and use sea salt.
I'd been taking potassium but had forgotten it these past few days, and I also had been using sea salt but then switched to Kosher. I took 200 mg. of potassium this morning and the hunger is not as bad, and will also be switching back to the sea salt. Hope this solves it for me - I have 10 days P2 left and I REALLY want to see the 140s! |

Since you are doing short rounds & shots, did you skip a day each week or is that mostly for long rounds? I'm planning 28 days and trying to decide if I need to skip or not since I will do 3 weeks of P3 & 3 weeks of P4 before I start my 2nd and hopefully last round.....
So skip a day each week on a 28 day round or not? What do you think? |

My day
Well yesterday unfortunately I woke up short of breath, had problems through out the night after I had my chammomile tea and half grapefruit Saturday night......so not sure which one I reacted to but won't be repeating either any time soon and will probably just not have either again since I'm not sure what caused it.......went to the concert but didn't stay for the entire thing since I kept having to take my inhaler, was crazy shakey from the treatments I took on the drive.......we did get to see the one we really went for......
Needless to say when I have breathing problems I'm not hungry and combine that with the hcg it was really hard to choke down my food yesterday......I did it though. Ate my dinner late on the drive home instead of the planned drive in! Still a bit of trouble today but not as bad so hopefully by tomorrow I'll be good. Today is R1 P2 D5 and VLCD #3. Plan to have my water and tea's, already had my ACV. Lunch will be chicken and the cucumbers that I couldn't finish last night. Snack strawberries. Dinner will be haddock, lemon juice, pepper and radishes which I think I will do all in the oven? Had planned asparagus to go with the haddock but hubby forgot to go to the store for me after his appt today and we don't live very close to the stores......snack will be a small granny smith apple...... Did anyone do shots for a short round? I'm planning 28 days of shots and haven't decided if I should skip a day each week like people do for long rounds or not? I wanted 4 full weeks of the shots and then the 3 without and to be able to start P3 on a day I don't work 12 hours as well as hoping to not be ill from adding fat for the concert we're going to for my 40th birthday in September.....what do you guys think? I do plan to then do 3 weeks of P3, 3 and 1/2 weeks P4 before starting a 2nd and hopefully last round same in length.......skip or not? Have a great day everyone! Load day 1 Initial weight Load day 2 +5.2 VLCD#1 -1.3 VLCD #2 -3.9 VLCD #3 -1.6 R1 P2 D5 Total - 1.6 from pre-load initial weight Last edited by herangeleyes1; 08-16-2010 at 12:36 PM.. |

I`m still on the fence! I told myself I have until my birthday (the 19th) to make my mind up. Today I`m thinking of another week. I am thisclose to Onderland and would like to have both feet firmly into Onderland before P3.
What about you? |

That's one of the reasons I decided to try the HCG, to see if it could do anything for my metabolism. However, not expecting miracles, even as a child I ate very little...and I have a daughter who is the same. |
