Chili stall people - it may just be a coincidence that you stall after eating it (in my case, I think it was), but try making it with steak instead of ground beef and see if that makes a difference before writing it off altogether. I buy lean round, trim off all fat, then dice it up small. The chili is great that way too, and you can control the fat quantity better.
I lost the lbs I put on loading, and a bit more. I'm going geocaching all day today and it's supposed to be warm so we'll see how that affects me. I'm packing my insulated lunch bag and bringing water and hhcg drops.

I'll probably be doing two rounds, just will be waiting until after my bday. We're going to see Dane Cook on November 6. I'll probably make that my loading weekend. Those are long work days, especially with that extra commute time. R1P2VLCD7 and I'm down another 0.6 pounds today. I may just make my second meal a shake since that seems to work best for me. |

R1P2VLCD1
Oh no, today is VLCD1 and it was the meal I couldn't wait to try. I think I will have it for dinner anyway and see how it goes.

So today starts my R1P2VLCD1. I sit with my black coffee . I can do ANYTHING for 23 days! My new mantra. So many P2 meals I have wanted to try so I'm not sure what my menu will be. I already had DH grill up a couple of chic breasts. I think I will have an apple/melba toast before church. Going to go check out the P2 menu thread then decide the rest of the day. Best releases to all!!

Kandi, this is the link to the shake. I made it last night and it was great. So much better than eating a meal. Just read half way down the page for the recipe. Note that Dawn actually makes two of the recipe to use up her protein portion. I just used the whole 3/4 c. of cottage cheese and froze my strawberries and added the spinach.
If the link doesn't get you directly to page I have saved its on page nine: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/hc...es-only-9.html. I am down a pound this morning. I am pleased I am back on track from two small losses.

I am down to 229. The steak day worked for me. The steak tasted wonderful.
The hot lemon water didn't do anything for me. I will try it again but definitly add the sweetner next time. I could barely choke it down. ![]() |

Sunday lonely Sunday
Well its day 11 for me (VLCD 9) and I stayed the same today. Of course naturally I was a bit disappointed but I really can't complain since I have lost every day except after the first load day until today.......some were only 0.2 but yeah those feel better than this! Hoping my body catches up quickly and I start inching back down tomorrow! I'm still a teeny tiny bit above average so while I wanted my average to be much more, I'll take it
![]() Today was supposed to be a lazy day to lounge with hubby and watch movies. He heads back to school tomorrow, full time with a crazy busy load so it was the last opportunity for it for a long time without him studying during......instead he just headed to the store for the second time (we don't live close to anything) to get more parts for a busted pipe that he will be fixing today.......I'm disappointed and he's very ornry.......not the day either of us had hoped for ![]() |

Well, I'm happy to see the 130's today. I had a .6 release!
I keep trying to decide whether to extend my round until I lose it all, or take an interruption. Now that I'm not hungry, I think I'll try to push through it. It's really hard though because we have such a social life that revolves around food. It's starting to take a toll on the family. It would be nice to just go to a restaurant and order a salad. They refuse to eat out in front of me and it stinks to not eat together as a family. Can't wait for P3! |

Woohoo! The thread is full of Releasers! It's so encouraging! Anyone having a stabilizing day, hang in there! The big losses are so addictive it's hard sometimes to not have a loss
but the inches are going byebye!I'm down .5 today for 24.5 loss in 33 vlcds:Clap: I'll take it! Half a pound away from my goal weight I'm still bouncing around the idea of doing another round of P2 after I complete P3(still haven't decided when to start that!). Anyway, I have question regarding interruptions. If I want to do an interruption, do I still do the two days of no dosing, 500 cals then do the interruption? or just jump on in without the two days? curious. I'm considering an interruption for a week or so, then back to P2 to kick a few more to the curb before doing a final P3 and then P4. Thanks for any help. Hope everyone has a fabulous day! |

That's what I thought but wasn't sure. Hmm. Lots to think about. Whatever I decide to do I'll post about it. The good, the bad and the indifferent

Oh. My. Gosh. I want cream in my coffee so bad I could cry. If I were to cheat, this is what I would have. But since I am only .2 away from a new decade, there's no way I'm cheating. I'll just cry instead.
