Mary, I lost weight after my second loading day during 2 of my 4 rounds. Both rounds went off without a hitch. I agree with everyone else, go ahead and start!
Thanks, Deb,

That's good to know. I am counting this as day 1. So far so good. Had a little hunger earlier but I think it was head hunger because my office mates eat breakfast when they get to work and I usually eat something at that time, also. Just had coffee. So far so good. Might eat an apple tomorrow.
Thanks, again.

Can you post your menu including any spices/drinks? Did you use any lotions, make-ups, etc. with oil? I'm sure we can give you any help you need if you post those things.

Good Morning! Just checking in as I'm trying to get back to being accountable.

Deb, Thanks for the advice and now I am looking for what brand and where to get the spray, etc. I have always done injections, so this will be new for me, but I see great success with the homeopathic version, and if I am subject to immunity, I think I will stay away for the rx injections for a while.

Happy to be back! Have a great day of releases everyone!

Sure! I would love to figure out what I did wrong yesterday so I can avoid it in the future. Here's what I had/did yesterday:

7:30 dose
8:30-9:30 pilates lesson
11:00 100g chicken cooked in a pan with pacific organic chicken broth and whole foods 365 mustard, readypac lafayette salad (butter lettuce and red cabbage), balsamic vinegar, 1.5 rosemary grissino
2:00 zevia cola
4:30 b12 shot
6:00 dose
6:30 four large shrimp (I weighed these at 100g when they were frozen, does that matter?) cooked in a pan with juice of half a lemon, seasoned with dried savory and chili flakes, about half a small head of nappa cabbage, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, about a tsp. organic german mustard, a few drops stevia, 1.5 rosemary grissino
9:00 cup of strawberries with stevia sprinkled on top
10:00 zevia black cherry soda

Do you think the zevia could be causing a problem? I ate too many breadsticks, I know. I also used sun block yesterday. I don't see any oils in the ingredients list but can't say I understand what all the ingredients are. Here's the list:

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Octinoxate 7.5%, Zinc Oxide 7.3%.Inactive Ingredients: Water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Hydrogenated C6-14 Olefin Polymers, Hexyldecanol, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Camelia Sinensis Extract, Silica Cutaneous Lysate, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Squalane, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryoyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Polyhydroxysteari

Can anyone tell if this product is okay? Thanks!

I would cut down the breadsticks to the allowed amounts and omit the Zevias for now. 2 in one day may be a bit too much.

#1 - Cabbage is a no no for me. Causes me to gain everytime I eat it!
#2 - Only 2 grissani a day. You ate 3. So yes I think you ate too many breadsticks
#3 - I would drink the zevia sparingly. Maybe one or 2 a week. JMHO!
#4 - I don't see anything wrong with the sunscreen, but if you were out in the sun a lot yesterday, you may be retaining water. How much water did you drink yesterday?

I always INCLUDE my load weight in the totals for each of my rounds. I gained AND I lost it!! It all counts to me!!

I am using about 7 to 10 drops 3x a day. Maybe I am just not measuring the drops carefully enough. I am half down the bottle so I will watch the drops more closely from this point on and look in the mirror when doing it. I tried doing it in the mirror once but maybe I should be more diligent about it.

Thanks Dawn.

Oh yeah, I am down another pound today. So pushing close to onederland now. Hopefully by the weekend I will be there. I remember it was a great place about 2 years ago.

Thanks everyone. I will stop zevia and cabbage for now and stick strictly to protocol! I was out in the bright sun for about an hour and a half yesterday and burned a little on my arms and chest (I'm half Egyptian, so I don't burn easily!). I drank two 1.5 liter bottles of water, about four cups of tea (puerh, organic green, vanilla almond, camomile), one bottle of perrier, and the zevia I mentioned.

I need to focus on drinking more water. It's hard at work when you are running to the bathroom all day long.

Question: I could tell my breath wasn't the freshest today. As a counselor, I don't want to offend. What does everyone do? Gum and SF mints are out....
Susie

Lest you think you are being ignored....I wanted you to know I saw your post!! I don't have an answer to your question though. I was hoping one of the vets on here would post an answer for ya. I didn't worry about that as I was a SAHM for the most part for my rounds. I don't do gum or mints or even mouthwash---and you should NOT if you are doing the homeopathic!! Maybe you can find some cinnamon flavored mouthwash if you are doing the homeopathic. But if you are doing the Rx you can use the mint mouthwash. Can you carry a travel size with you? Or maybe chew parsley--I would consider it a spice if you chomp on a small piece!!!

When this happened to thin she called it a "tighten and repair day". Just think of it that way!!! We would usually just say "ah, you are losing inches". I like how she termed it much better though!!!! Yeah to those days!!!

Well a woke up to no losses today. I could be at the point where I am slowing down, or one of the many things the Dentist put in my mouth during my root canal stalled it.

I'm not going to worry about it. My clothes are fitting so loose. I feel great.

Yesterday was a success to me because as stressful and frustrating as my day was, and I wanted to go off Protocol and I didn't.

I carry a small bottle of cinn Listerine or Close-up (cinn toothpaste) with me

Hey everyone,

This thread is hoppin'!!!

Had no loss this morning - I feel bloated & crampy so that may be the reason why.

Great releases everyone and it's nice to see so many new faces here.

I drank two 1.5 liter bottles of water, about four cups of tea (puerh, organic green, vanilla almond, camomile), one bottle of perrier, and the zevia I mentioned.
The sunburn can definitely be part of the problem. Water, water, water today! On P2, I usually dring at least a gallon of water a day.

Cheryl, you have a wonderful attitude! KUTGW! Drink lots of water today to flush anything from the dentist office out of your system.
