Calling all P4 experts

I am moving on to P3, so naturally now I am thinking about P4. My hubby wants to go have sushi. I told him when I get into P4 I will be able to eat it again. Is this correct?

P4 is adding back sugars and starches one at a time so you can try. If you have a gain then this means it is a reactive food for you. People I know who have no allergies and food sensitivites to starches do fine with having rice occasionally.

I am debating wether or not to do the sushi in P4 or make him wait until I load again. It is definitly something that I wouldn't do every week.
