I feel like I have morning sickness

I was nauseous all day yesterday after my 2nd set of drops. I am mildly better this morning.

I'm going to do 10 x 3 on my drops instead of 6x6...maybe that will help.

I'm really having a hard time loading because ...well...I want to throw up..lol

I was like this when I was pregnant so I'm wondering if it's similar?

Suggestions? Thoughts? Ideas?

If anyone else experienced intense nauseous to start did it go away?

Sorry you've been nauseous. I didn't experience that. Are you hungry? Have you been under the weather? I hope things are better with changing the dosing Wish I had some great advice for you.

No...I'm not hungry which is another problem in and of itself. I'm trying to eat but egad..I feel like I did when I was pregnant...but I've forced down what I could.

I read on another forum that green apples might help so I tried that and it did a little bit and club soda seems to help as well...not sure why...cause water sure doesn't...lol

I had another brand for back up so I just dosed with that one ..not sure if it will make a difference but I'm willing to try just about anything at this point.

I'm hoping it's some sort of detox...from what I read it's unusual to get nauseaus on hhcg which is what I'm doing.....I love being "special"

Deb thank you. I saw some of that twist at the store but I didn't get it I'll pick some up tomorrow.

Someone asked if I was pregnant and I know I'm not..I was "fixed" and just finished TOM....I'd give the boyfriend a heart attack if I told him how I'm feeling right now...lol

I just feel better knowing it's not just me....I can get through it....just hope it goes away...sooner rather than later!

it is great for P2 but if you are loading go ahead and have some SPrite or 7 up! i am sorry i didn't notice you were trying to load the Zevia is a soda that comes in handy on P2 vlcds! i had one about once a week while dosing!

hope it passes quickly for you and you get a good load in!

I did pick up some zevia because I thought I'd be going through diet coke withdrawals. I got the cola and the orange...no twist...but I'll get some tomorrow.

I just ate a strip steak with some butter on it...I didn't want it...but I ate it.

I did email the company I got my drops from and he sent me an answer and told me it's normal for some to experience this and not to worry...so...I guess I feel better.

I hope it won't be like this every round I have at least 4 to do!
