both my sis's in law did diet, and both used smooth move with no issues, I've read on other sites it's ok to use in P2 but haven't had to use personally ... yet I may very soon!

I've never used the Smooth move or the Natural calm that have been mentioned here. Just the magnesium and that does the trick

Hi Sunny! I'm so glad you're back! We've missed you

The Smooth Move seems to be working for me, without any cramping. I give it a big thumbs up. Thank goodness you girls understand how exciting that can be... Other people would think I'm off my rocker.

I am putting a large Kobalt work bench by myself. I'm not having fun yet.

On the subject of slow losing, I just wanted to share this with you guys. I started this protocol on July 12 weighing 148.8 and was wearing a very tight size 10 jeans. When I say very tight, I mean barely zipping up, big muffin top, love handles sticking out like a spare tire tight. I went through my 23 days on P2, did 13 days on P3 then cycled back to P2.

I have only lost 22 lbs in almost 2 months. Here's the kicker though. I went from a cutting odd circulation 10's to a very loose size 6. (I can even take them off without unbuttoning them. Don't ask.:blush

So what I'm saying is don't gauge all of your losses by the scale. There are many more benefits to this protocol.

o0shanny, when the scale isn't telling us what we'd like to hear, go to your closet and try on some clothes Seriously, it will blow your mind. Best way to put a smile back on a bleak scale day Also, make sure you're wearing your clothes on your way down the scale or you're going to regret (well, sortof..lol) not taking the opportunity to wear that cute outfit just one last time!

Amazing how just yesterday I posted about being excited about my inch loss yet today as I weighed the same as the last 3 days I got bummed Thanks for your encouragement!! I will definitely remember that as I finish up my last week in P2. BTW-I started at about the same weight as you and I hope to be where you are in 2 months!!

Did you load before your 2nd round or just head right back into P2 since it had only been 13 days?

That's great Misty. I'm keeping my eyes on the prize and want to be where you are when I stop. 130 would be good, 125 would be great. Size 6 is my goal. I'm just getting into 8's now and reached the 130's today! 139.6!!!! This is THE lowest I have been in AGES.

I'm starting to see daylight between my thighs when I have my legs together. I've NEVER, since I was 8, been able to see daylight there!

j4Christ, no I didn't load again. When I was eating P3, I just kept it as low carb as I could (always works as an appetite suppressant for me). I started P2 with no hunger other than the normal hunger before meals. I had stablizied at 132-133 and lost about 6 lbs the first week of P2. The weight loss has almost completely stopped (.2 this morning) but the inch loss seems to have continued. Sometimes we get too hung up on that number on the scales, myself included. I would like to lose another 5-6 lbs before P3 (probably nest Tuesday) but I believe my body knows more than I do and if that last little bit won't come off, so be it.

Cheryl- You can do this! I was exactly your weight a few weeks ago, just hang in there. Congrats on your new low! You are almost there.
I know what you mean about daylight between you thighs. I tend to carry my weight around my middle and thighs. Daylight is a good thing.

shanny, always remember the name of the game is 'Pounds and Inches'. In my case it is more inches than pounds but remember most people don't carry scales around with them. When they see you they will see more inches lost than pounds. You're doing great!

It was very Yummy..Everyone else seemed to enjoy them also..good thing I brought myself a extra little mini platter as it was my whole meal or I would have been left with nothing to eat. There was Nothing P2 friendly there in the slightest. I was a wee bit tempted by the grilled burgers and Hot links..but with a weight gain from TOM I wasent willing to make it worse. Wasent in much of a mood cause I have Craaaamps... and if it history repeats it's self tomorrow will be Worse. Joy Joy..most sure the scale will not be a fun moment.
