veggies!

hello ladiez and congrats to everyone and there amazing losses truly inspiring to me! had a question i dont mind veggies at all its actually easier for me to eat them versus fruit however, the veggie choices allowed im not really feeling too much was wondering if carrots, brocolli, califlower, brussle sprouts are okay just my luck that out of all the veggies i do eat none of them are on the list.. lol

I don't love the veggie choices either. I have been eating dill pickles for veggie on occasion. Do you like those? You just have to watch the sodium on those.

okay ya i do love pickles there great any special brands that are lower in sodium? also if you dont mind, sorry i feel like a bugaboo but in diets before i have come to really enjoy turkey burgers which are low in fat and is that good i guess i am just trying to find ways to sneak around protocol... does not seem like that is gonna happen

The last thing you want to do is sneak around protocol. I would stick as closely to it as you can to get the best results.

was wondering if anybody knows how to make one of thoes weight chart graphs things that i see on peoples profiles would like to have one myself and am not really computer savvy thanks!!!!!
