I tried Biz's shake!!! We'll see what the scale says tomorrow... but our blender didn't work as well as we would have liked, spinach was still chewable *yuck* so 2nd serving we ate spinach separate and just did shake with other ingredients and added a little ice - not bad (have to get a new blender)
Dinner was an attempt at crab "Cakes" it was crab, but not a "cake" over some chopped tomato sprinkled with S & P, melba toast... Just got some Oolong tea, gonna try it tonight.. hmm.. wondering if it'll keep me up |

I will probably go into P3 sometime the week of the 13th (depending on if I'm still losing) so they should be okay, the only problem is they KEEP COMING! Some are huge and my friends are starting to duck when they see me coming w/ zucchini!! My experience has been that they don't freeze well, they get too soggy. Maybe my local food bank needs some!

I think I've made that same recipe you're talking about w/ the bisquick. I still have some frozen from last year!!!! I've made zucchini bread which isn't easy to do on P2 and I'll be making more to freeze. When will I learn not to plant so much (asks DD22). You can bet I'll be eating zucchini galore when on P3 w/ butter of course. MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Don't have the recipe, but I usually carve out some of the center of the tom to make room, chop it, separate the crab and mix. Then I add garlic powder (or fresh), onion powder, salt, pepper to taste... oh, and a squeeze of lemon. I took it at 400 for about 15 and crumble a melba toast for the top... if you like spicy it's good a couple splashes of tabasco (sp?) on top.
Good Luck! |

I'm not sure which recipe either, but check out what I'm doing w/ cherry toms, maybe you can fill w/ crab (mixed w/ lemon, pinch of chili powder, onion powder and crushed melba)
B-coffee, couple of stuffed cherry toms, tomato soup S-melba, apple L-rest of stuffed cherry toms (easy recipe follows) S-melba, apple D-sauteed cabbage, chic Stuffed cherry toms-cut lg. cherry toms in half. Scoop out insides of toms and put insides into small sauce pan (optional). Place toms cut side down on paper towel to drain. Cut chic or beef into bite size pieces. Sprinkle inside of toms w/ salt and garlic powder. Stuff one small piece of basil and chic or beef into each tom. YUMMO! Makes a great appetizer to bring to a BBQ and you stay on plan. If you saved the insides of the toms cook it up w/ some seasoning and a bit of broth and you have a small cup of tom soup!!
