I think if you google biz and hcg she might come up. I cannot link it because it is against TOS. I am sorry about the youtube. I have not seen her vids in a long time.

Oh, and she does not post here. She has her own site.

I answered on this thread when you asked this. Biz doesn't post here. She has her own site and I cannot link it because of TOS here. So you have to google her. She is an hcg coach. I don't know anything about her youtube videos and why she took them off. I haven't seen them in a while. You have to search google.....not youtube.

Reddy, do you have one of your protein meals with just the protein all by itself and then count the celery later on as your veggie?

Me:
spinach/frozen strawberry/1 tbs cottage cheese/choc stevia smoothie
turkey chili
burger w/ asparagus
2 Wasa crackers as snacks

Planning on an apple later.

I guess my cup of spinach in my smoothie (7 calories) was an extra veggie. Not worried about that one bit and still consider it protocol.

Usually I will eat the protein and veggies together but today I was running around and rushing so I just had chicken so I ate my lunch veggie - celery tonight instead.

But many days I'll divide my celery since you get so much and have half at lunch an half late night.

Menu for today

Lots of coffee - absolutely NO DAIRY! looking forward to my sinus issues resolving now
3oz chicken with lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad with no carb italian dressing
3oz seasoned beef with lettuce, cucumber and a bit of salsa for a "taco salad"

I wanted more beef but instead I had a bunch more cucumber cut into strings, sprinkled with salt for a different kind of treat

B apple
L tilapia/cabbage/curry "stir fry"
D chicken/asparagus/dijon "stir fry" w/ a half package of Miracle Noodles SO GOOD!!!

Later I'll have 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and hope this morning wasn't a fluke

For those curious about my dinner...

3.5 oz cubed chicken in nonstick pan with salt, pepper, onion powder...
added a tbs chopped onion, 3 gloves garlic, bit of chicken broth to keep it moist
added a couple blob of organic dijon mustard, a tbs of Braggs Liquid Aminos, a bit more broth
a bit of Stevia
mixed in half package of Miracle Noodles, very well pre-rinsed
put chopped asparagus on top, mixed, covered and simmered for a few minutes

OMG it was SOOOOOO good.

I'm going to be honest, the idea of miracle noodles scares me... lol

I just finished up a huge batch of veggie soup and a small one of P2 friendly french onion soup! Nice to have some good dishes for the rest of the week. I love soup! And it's getting colder now days up here in the great white north!

Does the onion soup ever stall you guys? The idea of the french onion soup is so appealing!! It doesn't even count as a meal b/c no protein, right? Very tempting .

It's never stalled me. It's so simple. I just caramelize 1 1/2 onions without the sugar, put in 4 cups of water, 4 beef bullion cubes and a sprinkle of garlic powder for kick and bring to a boil. High in sodium but that doesn't bother me too much. You could pop your melba toast on top too! Just no cheese! It's DELICIOUS! I got that recipe from another diet's cookbook

Manders, you can totally leave out the Miracle Noodles in that recipe!!

Dumb question - how do you caramelize onions?

This is what I do. It's probably not the proper way, but it works for me. I cut up onions very thinly into little strips. They MUST be very thin. like no thicker than 1/4 inch, preferably thinner. Then I spray a big skillet with non-stick spray, and heat up the pan. I put my onions in and let them become transparent. I turn up the heat and start to brown them, adding in a bit of water here and there. They should turn a dark dark brown. Use a flipper and scrape the bottom of the pan while you move them around to get the sticky goo up and mixed in. This is where you would normally put in sugar but obviously we can't so I just leave it for soup. If I were to eat them on their own which I LOVE, I will sprinkle a tiny bit of splenda on them before eating and mix it up. You'll know they're done because they're a dark dark brown and kinda sweet.

That sounds so good. Would it work with chicken broth? I don't care for beef broth. And I'm thinking it might be great with a protein in it - shrimp? chicken?

Uhmmm well the taste of french onion soup is pretty distinct to beef broth. You could try it. I would assume it would be more like an onion soup with just chicken?

What do you do for a protein when you have that?

Kinda depends. Today I went to eat my onion soup and realized I had no protein LOL so I ended up just defrosting some frozen shrimp and munching those on the side.
