I'm "punishing" myself for cheating (big time) this weekend, so meals have been simple the last two days:
hamburger asparagus tomato (my fruit) Hopefully by Friday I can be back on track, but I'm still kicking myself about Saturday. I started out so well, good all day amidst donuts and pizza etc, but then people started lining up for dinner and I had to let my competitive side take over. ![]() ![]() SO not worth it. And I was so close to the 180s too. ![]() |

I like this thread. It's good to come here in the morning and think about what I'll eat.
B: 1 egg, 2 white and strawberries nuked & eaten atop, black coffee L: deli turkey rolled in romaine leaves D: chicken breast cooked in tomatoes and spices I'm bummed I went up .6 today, but I went off drops for TOM and then heard it may not be necessary with the drops, but only w/shots. I had an apple late before bed too, but I hadn't eaten much all day and thought it might be a good idea. I guess not. I'm back on drops today and hoping for the losses to restart.

I have found myself trying to talk myself into cheating sometimes. The arguments all sound very rational....like "You're so close to goal, it's not a big deal." and "You can lose it all in a few days, it is worth it." and on and on. I think for me it's a form of self sabotage. I'm close to a weight I haven't been at in about 20+ years! Something to think about anyway. Once you are aware of it, it helps stay focused. I only mention that because it usually happens after a big loss, or reaching a really good goal. You were doing so well with big releases and so happy. Hang in there girl. In a day or two, you'll be right back on track. |

organic decaff vanilla coffee with vanilla stevia
2 liters of water and/or ice tea detox cup of tea with stevia decaf black chai tea 1 egg/2 whites with Franks hot sauce, 6 grape tomatoes 100 g of lean filet mignon, radishes strawberries I dropped the apples & chicken and it seems to be working. I have had past history of stalling on chicken. And the apples made me feel yucky, especiallybeing a low carber all these years. |
