Sassy, sorry to hear that! My BF has high cholesterol AND high sugar. So he can't eat meat for the high cholesterol and he can't eat carbs for the high blood sugar. It can be really difficult figuring out what to feed these men!!

I picked up my HcG meals yesterday and am looking forward to enjoying them. I chose:
ginger shrimp "tacos" - using lettuce leaves
Chicken wraps - lettuce again
italian meatballs
baked spniach chicken
and I can't remember the other 2, I'll let you know how they go!

My Friend works in one of the Medi spas in that area (one that provides the diet and shots) and when I asked about this Mrs. K's she said they have made people stall......Just a caution.

Julie, if you will be so kind, will you share what you ended up buying after you pick it up? I'd love to know the name of the place too. As much as I love cooking it might be just what I need to stay on track for a few more weeks while I wait out my last few pounds releasing
OMG you know what happened. I printed my list from another site online. Why do people have to tweak it!!! The list from my HF store had brocolli on it too!!! Thank you so much for pointing that out. As I just had another serving yesterday!!! I didn't have it the day before my gain though.

L-Shrimp, Cukes

Nooo! Please say it isn't so!!! I really enjoyed it, and I'm down 1.8lbs today. Wonder if it's the particular meal they chose? I hope that doesn't happen, that would totally stink. But it was one of my fears letting someone else prepare the meal. It seemed bigger than when I make my protein portion at home, but I was hoping it was my imagination. I'll look it over carefully, and will probably keep the rest for the last week when you're not losing as well anyway. Then I can blame it on that Thanks for letting me know.

I had the yummiest strawberries last night, around 8 and thought it would hurt me on the scale. But, thankfully it didn't!! I'm starting to believe that this is going to work for me too!! I've seen everyone else's success, but things never seem to work for me. I'm so happy!!

That's Awesome to hear! Maybe you are right, it was a specific meal. Keep us up to date on these. I'd love to tell her they are working for someone.

I'll be cycling back to P2 on Fri. Just wondering if we're still posting P2 menus? This thread seems to have come to a halt, but I really enjoyed it, loved reading what the P2 menus were for the day!

Koo-I'm glad M was able to stay on plan over the weekend. Was it very hard for her (I'll check the big thread, I'm sure you posted how the weekend went over there!)

SD-MMMM honeycrisp apples, wish they weren't so expensive!

Didn't like my .4 yesterday, thinking maybe from having steak twice? I had no problem last time.

So today:
L: halibut/lemon
grapefruit
sauerkraut
flax 'cracker'
D: halibut/lemon
grapefruit
iceberg lettuce
flax 'cracker'

Not very exciting!

I had seasoned ground beef, mashed radishes, and apple for lunch yesterday.
Dinner was meatballs from mrs. K's. They were good, but I only ate 2 of the 3, and I'm still up 0.2 today!

I've got shrimp, radishes and an apple for lunch today and hope to make chicken tonight! Not sure what to do with it, but it's always a good choice.

They are some kind of hybrid... state apple of MN, I think! Sweet, but tart, and the texture is almost like crisp watermelon.

I got lucky... on sale here for $1.58 per lb. Worth every penny!

MMM-just the word roast sounds soooo good. What type of roast did you do? And how did you grill your toms? Is M preferring toms to fruit? I noticed she hasn't been having the apples (which is fine, I'm just curious, cuz I might drop the fruit)

It was a sirloin tip roast, and it was awesome. She is burnt out on the apples so has been doing the tomatos. Today is suppose to be her last day on the drops, I have been trying to talk her into continuing until she hits a 20 lb. loss but I just realized her bottle of drops are almost empty and I don't think I'd be able to get a new one quick enough.

WOE: HCG (tried it, liked it, should do it again)
Start Date: Need to get started again on some plan.
Joining the thread.

Today is Day 1 of P2 for me.

I skipped P1 cuz I just discovered this WOE yesterday after six days and 5lbs gone doing LC and eating pretty much allowed foods on this plan.

I did my first dose of HCG yesterday late at night and another this morning.

I'm going to have lunch and take another dose and hoping I still feel good.

I have a slight headache, but otherwise feel more energy than I'm used to having. I like that!

I had a slight headache day one and by the time i went to bed, it was a bit stronger. Day 2 has been great. Phew! No headache, no hunger. Decaf ice tea has been a real treat as it is so hot in So Cal. Wishing you well!
