These are offered by nutrition, is one product better than the other?

Also, when you purchase the product do you get a copy of the Simeon diet to follow or do you need to find that separately?

I got a booklet with the Platinum but its not P & I as written. It has a few more veggies than Dr. Simeon wrote as allowed but it is basically the same. You can find Pounds and Inches by just googling it. Its free all over the web. Do not pay for it because there are some sites that ask you to buy it.

Just received Fusion a few days ago - no supplemental handouts provided, only the packing slip.
