PHEW! Done alot of reading!!!

On the HCG Diet but all of it was in forms of personal journals and threads here on LCF.

(I just finished Gracie's Journal! Bless your heart Gracie, you are such an inspiration to many!!! )

My question (at least for the here and now) is concerning my scale. I have a scale that only weighs in .5 increments. Do I need to get a digital one or will that one work

BTW - I am ordering my schtuff this week and loading 9/5 and 9/6! I'm sooooo excited!!!!!!

My scale is .5 increments. I considered buying a new one but decided I'd save the money and just realize some days I could be losing little amounts that wouldn't register until I reached a full .5. Works for me. If you think it will motivate you more, go for it I am somewhat of a scale freak so I was afraid I'd be on it even more if it was in smaller increments

I am addicted to the scale and was actually afraid of buying a new one only to show me a different weight than the one I am used to using!

Thanks for your reply! I think for now, I'll keep my oldlie!

Whatever you decide, don't change scales in the middle of p2. I did that for a couple of days and got all confused since they had me at a different weight. The new ones will be put away until p3.

Good luck with hcg!

My scale only weighs to the nearest lb. I'm too cheap to buy a new one so I will just have to be calm, cool and collected when it shows no change!
