I'm losing about 4 lbs per week

I just checked my chart, and my losses are (not counting load weight):

wk 1 - 4.2
wk 2 - 4.2
wk 3 - 4.0

Wonder if walking daily would up that even more.

Nice job! I'm going to start taking short walks as often as I can, about 20 minutes. Can't hurt!

Fabulous! I get a walk in by going to the grocery store everyday I walk around the store, have a coffee in hand, find my bargain meats and get my exercise in too. Works out great and I'm not out in the heat.

MBB, have you decided how long you're doing P2? You may have posted it and I'm nuts

Terrific. I'll be joining you. I'm 2 pounds from my first goal but am extending that 5 more pounds for now, so 7 pounds before I head to P3. At least those are my thoughts as of this morning subject to a woman's perogative.

You're still losing more than the doc says to expect for women. Do you normally lose weight quickly? I do and am on this plan but honestly, I lose quickly on nearly every plan. Just lucky or I eat a whole bunch of crap when I'm gaining so it comes off faster

I think it's only slightly more than I lost on Atkins. BUT - I never stuck to Atkins long enough for the initial high losses stopped. So, I guess I really don't know!

That is terrific! Good for you! Not sure about the walking. Dr. S says that it is fine if you are already doing it when you start P2, but not to start during. I guess this is a YMMV thing. I am planning on getting back to walking in P3.

I know I am losing quickly...*now*....we shall see how that continues. I don't believe it will, but I am cynical...

That said....You can't compare! 4 lbs is AWESOME!! 4 X 52 = A BIG PERSON! Seriously! Think about it.

As for me, I have ALOT more than you to lose...and let me tell ya...the past 8 months have been trying to say the least. After a year on Atkins and losing over 100 lbs, I stalled (& gained!) sticking to Atkins!!! I continued tho as I liked the woe and I could follow it, but knew I needed to lose more.

We all would love to lose it overnight and honestly you are doing fabulous! I would have killed for 4 lbs a MONTH in the past 8 months. Its all in perspective.

I found this in P & I maybe this is why some people is on 800 plus calories...

As soon as such patients have lost all their abnormal superfluous fat, they at once begin to feel ravenously hungry in spite of continued injections. This is because HCG only puts abnormal fat into circulation and cannot, in the doses used, liberate normal fat deposits; indeed, it seems to prevent their consumption. As soon as their statistically normal weight is reached, these patients are put on 800-1000 Calories for the rest of the treatment.

Try this on your salad: (it's awesome)

Biz's Asian Dressing and/or meat marinade
2 Tablespoons fresh minced Ginger
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Bragg's aminos
2 pk stevia

Mix all together, can be used as a meat marinate or salad dressing.

No oils are allowed on P2!!! I gave up eating lettuce on P2 because I could not find any dressings I liked that were "acceptable". Instead I ate all the other veggies on the list. You don't have to have lettuce if you don't want it!!! There are other veggies on that list!!

Lettuce without dressing...Blech! I had *one* salad with a ACV dressing. It sucked. I turned to my now old standbys....cukes, celery, cabbage.

I really enjoy a salad, but not without my dressings.

I'm with ya girls. I gave up my beloved salads. I just couldn't deal with the ACV.

BUT I'm getting pretty tired of the veggies. Can't wait to have a salad with avocado and balsamic vinaigrette!

By the end of each of my rounds I get so tired of the same boring veggies that I just eat my protein, fruit and melbas. I cannot stand the veggies by day #18 or so
